Good morning sisterhood!๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒ„

Some people inspire and others conspire - how true is that!

I refrained from posting yesterday because the glaring loophole in the plot is the basis for this entire set up -- that neither Sai nor Virat or any other family member in support of the wedding insisted on a basic background check of the man before deciding to marry off a mentally handicapped woman. The unreasonable silence over the presence of a daughter and complete lack of curiosity (even in Sai) was part of loose writing. Now that the makers think that viewer memory is short and can be distracted, the plot is proceeding.

So, on the face of it: The credit goes to the Makad Sena for their intelligence which Sai, despite being a topper, and Virat (sorry to say) being an IPS did not display right in the beginning, giving enough time to the perpetrators to replay their act of separating the two agonised lovers. The gang went a step ahead in unity-- plotted and planned and even executed their threat of stalling the wedding. It is clear that they have planted the proof to achieve a goal that's bigger than Devyani's wedding itself -- they want to use this incident as an opportunity to turn Virat and Sai against each other. Credit again to them- they have actually been able to read the nature of the husband and wife more than the two have been able to read the family members. Virat, of course, is conditioned over the years and naturally will not be able to see through his family's motives so soon. This is not about his belief in Vahini at all. It is about the family. But Sai, she has actually failed to read the minds of the family members despite being in the war zone all the time.

It takes me back to a lot of initial discussions we had when we spoke of the main contention between Virat and Sai being her 'all guns blazing' attitude. Sai, often gets into the arguement to win it without actually reading the situation and knowing when to stop arguing. She has not learnt the art of having the cold Khichdi except in the case of her one on one fights with Patralekha. She has not been able to read the weakness of the people standing in her way, ready to make her trip all the time. But their detractors have actually been able to see the weaknesses of both Sai and Virat. They know Sai will not back off when she's convinced and so, it is important to let Sai continue to be aware of the 'truth' while Virat can be manipulated with planted evidences and then pit against Sai. They are aware that Sai's confrontational nature will be enough to tick Virat off at some point.

Loose ends in the plot cannot be discounted for this and I am repeating this because it is inexplicable why no one wanted to know what happened in the past... Forget Virat, even Sai still doesn't know the story. What is stopping her from asking Pulkit to tell her the story of the separation with Devyani. Shouldn't it have been a natural conversation even after the letter was discussed in the college? It is still a blooper. The whole back story itself can have enough clue to end this misunderstanding. So the plot is indigestible.

Before going further with today's scene, I want to highlight my take away from Thursday's episode that I held back:

It appeared like a drag yesterday but it was to establish the 'trust' that Sai and Virat have in each other that will soon be broken. It wasn't for just a drag when Vahini made that super unnecessary phone call to Virat to tell him to abort the investigation and believe the letter before Sai does something. Virat's response was, "Agar Pulkit Tai ke liye Sahi aadmi Nahi hai toh main toh kya, Sai khud ye Shaadi Nahi hone degi."

It was juxtaposed with Sai's assurance to Pulkit after seeing the files in the college about "mujhe yakeen hai, sach Ka pata chalne ke baad Virat sir khud meri madad karnege aapki aur Devi tai ki Shaadi karane me..."

It is this trust that is the target of this particular misunderstanding along with the fact that the "Ghar ki izzat" has to be saved for Bhavani's dark actions of the past. There is no way that Virat and Sai can be left on the same team because they will eventually unite.

I would hate it if the story tells us that Vedi vahini performs apparition and visit the medical college to plant evidences of such kind. Bappa please have mercy to show that it was Omkar or Ninad who did it or some paid stooge of Bhavani's.

So in typical soap style the file was meant to show the planted proof to the hero. I hate to say this but Virat is a shoddy investigator (thank you makers for turning the IPS into a caricature). One, he doesn't mind misusing his uniform to get illegal access to someone's bank account details and also the employment details. When it comes to family matters (including unfounded jealously as a spouse) he can misuse the power his duty gives him. And two, he believes anything without going into the depths of it. So, of course, he does go by the name mentioned on the file in the college. That is fine and it is natural for him to believe it on the face of it. But even now, he doesn't want to know the details -- he actually believed a clerk who told him that Harini calls Madhuri "Maa" and so she's the biological mother ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ™„ This, despite the woman herself telling him that she's Pulkit's sister. How is the clerk in a bank more believable than a woman, who his instinct tells him is "acchi"? So, does he think that Pulkit married Sangeeta Deshpande as claimed in the letter and had a biological child with Madhuri as he 'believes' because the clerk says so since she's the 'guardian' on bank records? And doesn't it make him cringe why a woman would call herself a sister to a man if they have a biological child? Or does he actually believe that it could be as true as his "dosti" for Vahini? Why did he not misuse his power a little more since he already did it once to verify Harini's birth certificate since the account mentioned her birth date as 24/08/2010... It is likely she didn't have a regular birth certificate. What proof of age and parentage has Pulkit submitted in the bank? Wouldn't it clear the question? But no... ๐Ÿค๐Ÿค๐Ÿค

Wouldn't an IPS officer run a background check on the family by talking to immediate neighbours or other persons who would know? What does Harini's school record say? There is so much to explore to cross verify.

Coming back to today:

It is clear that Virat has gone by his half baked investigation because his family's opinion has clouded his vision. He made the same mistake as Sai in Madhuri's case but it's not convincing because he's not an 19 year old emotional or impulsive person. He was actually out to investigate with a supposedly cool head and armed with some information already.

So the confrontation in the zillat arena is a must on the appetizer list of Chavans. They don't eat meals without it, if at all they eat meals. The scene lacked the punch simply because the loopholes are too glaring to let go off. It's best if they just move on from this point to the next in the story. Baking a cake without baking powder is not going to make it rise๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘

So the only highlight was of course what it was meant to be: the couple's disappointment in one another. Their belief that the other will find the truth/accept the truth came crashing when Virat turned up with 'misinformation' and Sai 'doubted' Virat's investigation. The ever ready pack of wolves waiting to prey on their 'love', jumped in at the right places. The gang seemed unusually calm, rehearsed and prepared for this. Obviously they were sure what Virat is going to come back with and he didn't disappoint them by going a mile further to verify anything more.

As planned, Virat bumped into the 'proof' and presented it from the side of the Makad Sena (so they were sure that he would first go to the medical college to find evidence?) And as expected, Sai stood her ground and questioned Virat too because 'main sach ke Saath khadi rehti hoon aur phir main ye Nahi dekhti ki saamne kaun khada hai'. The dialogues and provocations did not even need to be rehearsed because all of them are pro at instigating Virat against Sai. But Sonali pulls off another first-time below the belt comment about Sai's mother dying at child birth and her Aaba teaching her nothing but picking up fights -- that look of disgust from Virat was really not enough at that moment๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜ก. His silence was appalling as always. It was Ashwini who spoke up as Sai was left hurt and tongue tied at the crass comment. But Virat must have already crossed the line of 'hangriness' with Sai's questions to remain mum at the absolutely uncalled for comment. He hasn't arrived at the point yet where he can stand up for his wife's honour even in moments when they are in disagreement with each other๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜ท. As usual, when they are opposed to each other, anyone can get away by saying anything to her ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž just any body with a mouth.

So obviously he has nothing to say when Bhavani tells off Sai for questioning the sabse Susheel bahu of the house about her constant interference in conversations between husband and wife and her unfailing need to instigate the husband against the wife. About Venom-wali Vahini, less said the better (thankfully, also in her dialogues) because there is nothing else she does or can do.

My heart went out to Devyani. Virat's anguish in the moment was visible for her. Somewhere, it did also feel that despite having 'seen' a document and being forced to say that Pulkit is not the right man, he wasn't happy about the turn of events. A part of him definitely wanted Pulkit to be right and the family wrong -- in a few moments he did also seem absolutely unconvinced himself about what he had found but 'evidence' is hard to deny. But his entire disappointment seemed to grow after he realised Sai was refusing to believe him. Only if he had done his work better right in the beginning... Ninad's "Bhai hone Ka farz nibhaya hai" is a misplaced pat on the back.

This race that the Makad Sena is running against whoever is not really about Devyani... Does anyone care about her anyway? She could have easily died of trauma during these years because no one even cared to look into her room once locked, until this dewdrop came around. No one is doing anything for her 'bhalaai' but for their own vested interests. Bhavani wants the complete power on the daughter (and also Virat) and her false image and pride, Ninad and Omkar will do anything for their Vahini -- they can't have any redemption, Sonali is only meant to pass taunts to add insult to injury and add voice to the Zor se Baar Baar jhoot bolo mantra (which is Hitler's by the way); and what to say about sabki Vahini --shes chosen to sin and chosen deception and kill to win a competition that she has not even qualified to contest. Even in cases of murder there are two sections and punishments in law -- one is culpable homicide not amounting to murder, i.e. when you kill someone but it wasn't planned or intended that way and happened due to the circumstances; and two is culpable homicide amounting to murder (the famous dafaa 302 of Bollywood) where the accused has intentionally murdered, knowing fully well that their action could lead to death of the other. Patralekha now falls in category-302, performing the act in complete knowledge of the sin that has been committed and furthering it to the point of no return.

The 'sad and sorry' faces of Sonali and Patralekha for Devyani's tears did not make any sense๐Ÿ˜–. As Leo Tolstoy said, "It is amazing how complete is the delusion that beauty is goodness." Except Ashwini and Mohit, no one really else felt bad for Devyani.

Frankly, Sai's open challenge to the family and declaration to Devyani that she will still get them married is dramatic and obtuse. She's not understanding the need to clear the air before making promises to the poor woman and standing up to Virat despite knowing that he has been misled by a very crafty team of elders (really don't want to give this credit to vahini, it's unbelievable she can be so intelligent when she's being so moronic about her own life). Sai still doesn't know about Pulkit's past except his word and the one record in college. What is the hurry to declare this war? ๐Ÿ˜ฃ In principle, the "concern" raised by the family after planting evidences is not wrong and Sai has nothing to back her belief. She did come across as foolhardy and it is absolutely right that Virat has no reason to believe her. She doesn't even know enough about Harini.

But the biggest question (to the endless list of bloopers): Even if Virat has got this information and apparent proof as well, why wouldn't he want to confront Pulkit with it and ask him to prove his innocence before declaring that "Shaadi Nahi Hogi"??? ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„ Even the worst of criminals is allowed defence before being punished... No one is condemned without a hearing... What happened to principles of natural justice?

So will his "khoon ke aansu rulaunga" pledge also apply to the actual criminals when the naked truth catches up with the well-dressed lie running around in that Chakram mansion? ๐Ÿ˜

And, even now, no one wants to bring out the presence of a child in the discussions??? The gang pretending to not know her and the IPS officer dismissing her as a 'love child' of the man with another woman?! How funny! ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿ˜ฃ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿค๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜’

*********

I guess even Bappa wants this horrible script to be fine tuned and has given them another chance to make up for this atrocious, unbelievable plot. Wish they can use this cooling off time in Neil's absence for some patch work on this track... There are so many ingredients to add to salvage this recipe that was cooking on high flame until this the moment. It is time to slow cook and let the ingredients blend. Hopefully sanity will prevail along with good health.

Who else will be 'missing' apart from Virat? ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… Let's see...

For keeping sanity intact while it can be lost, here is some time and tested dose of caffeine โ˜•โ˜•โ˜•โ˜•โ˜•๐Ÿต๐Ÿต๐Ÿต๐Ÿต๐Ÿต and oxytocin ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

And a melody to get the day going:

Hogi hame to rehmat ada

Dhoop kategi saaye tale...

Apni khuda se hai ye Dua

Manzil lagale humko gale

Jurrat sau baar rahe

Uncha Ikraar rahe

Zinda har pyar rahe....

Have a lovely day!

Virat comes with a background of being a meticulous IPS officer ...youngest one at that..also a topper.. Even in their training period the mock cases would be more difficult to solve/investigate than this one.. IPS training is really tough and also tests your intelligence and ability to deal with dire situations.. The way Virat has handled this case is purely dumb.. I started watching the show for IPS Virat Chavan..and it disappoints me because I have hopes from him..

Sai's issue is her arrogance and her know it all attitude.. SHe is still in her character.. And she is shown to be impulsive and immature.. Considering her age and experiences in her life I can let her go..I still dont have much expectations from her.. when it comes to investigation, yes she is topper but then also young.. Being a topper doesnt mean that your intuition skills or your reasoning skills are bang on when it comes to all circles of life.. She would need experience and age to reach there.. My belief completely.. I think about myself in 12th grade or first year of college , being extremely good in studies and yet being very judgmental and impulsive .. not understanding my parent's perspective a lot many times and now realize how right they were...now that I am of almost Virat's age..And honestly when you are really good at studies.. its adds to the smart aleck attitude.. . So i guess that understanding comes with age and experience.. At that age one is extremely rebellious.. and believes I am right..One needs to let go of that know-it-all attitude and see things from other's perspective to reach there..

Pulkit.. bhai uska kya bolun samajh nahi aa raha hai..Had i not known beforehand that he is a positive character, the way his character is portrayed, I would have believed he has a motive..Not speaking about Harini when the family was there...Not informing how he stays with his sister who is also a guardian to his daughter..Not informing why he did not come back in the last 10years.. Not informing how he found Harini... the list goes on..If i look at this situation from Shivani Bua's or Mohit's or Karishma's perspective or even to some extent Maushi(they are neutral and do not know Pulkit deeply and also are not planning and plotting) I would also believe this guy has a motive and is surely negative...

I was disappointed in Virat today ...really disappointed when he let Sonali talk nonsense about Sai's mother.. How can you let a 19year old girl who you want to accept you as her husband which she has started doing in front of the family, go through such words.. Many claim that Virat doesnt come in her defense because he knows she fights her own battle.. But then today that girl was in tears and tongue tied..and he had nothing else to day than giving those angry looks..He never sides Sai when she says Pati Patni k beech mat boliye.. For once can he also say the same to Patralekha even when they are in a midst of an Ugly fight.. Apart from this I have nothing much to say on the rest of the episodes Janki..I am exhausted and I question my intelligence all the time for watching this show..

Thanks again for coming up with this one..โค๏ธ

As the show moves forward, my disappointment in the tracks keep increasing. One IPS officer and one topper are dealing with a particular issue like kids. This should have been handled better given their characters.

Not only Virat, I am disappointed with Sai too, just because she believes she is right by her instinct, she wants everyone else to believe it. Given the fact that this is a very grave matter and almost everyone in the family is against it. I wished she had used some brain rather than just instinct.

There is nothing more left to say for Virat, he has left the IPS officer in him back in gadchirauli. He being an IPS officer investigated horribly. If he investigates this way, then he might be just putting wrong people in jail too. I am not even disappointed, I am disheartened, given that the character of Virat was what pulled me to the show initially.

Leave the investigation, he doesn't even care that his sister has a daughter, he didn't bother to meet her or even her prospective groom. He doesn't even stand up for his wife, specially when his family members are insulting his guru and his family, Sai's upbringing the very same guru, for whom he married.

I like Virat's expressions but that doesn't mean he will just shut up and keep dealing with everything with just expressions, specially in situations like this where his wife is insulted.

It majorly feels like he married Sai, to throw her in this dungeon.

No interest to watch the episode today, and if this goes on I will probably just stop watching the show, until it starts making some sense again, which seems impossible.

How do you manage to extract bits of sense from this mess? Bravo๐Ÿ‘

Loved your perspective of how makad sena is targeting two birds with one stone.

When Sonali made that below-the-belt comment, Virat said nothing except give a disgusted look - he did not once even glance at Sai - whose eyes welled up.

Was very disappointed with Sai. She knows Virat has been tricked. Still she vows to Devayani that even if Virat is against this marriage, she will ensure that it takes place. I mean why wage a war against your own team-mate? Her inability to read her enemies games is excusable given her personality and age but pushing Virat to the opposition is not.

And the dumbest of all is Pulkit. He should be the one in the forefront of this whole battle. Instead he is letting Sai facing the firing line, while he comfortably sips tea in his living room. File a police complaint you effing moron.

Virat wants to make Pulkit cry tears of blood. When he finally finds out the reason for Devayani's mental illness, will he make his family cry tears of blood too?

I agree with you so there is nothing much to add apart from the below observation.

I am sure I am in the minority when I say Sai gives Hyena gang an opportunity to instigate Virat against her. In today's episode, she openly declared she doesn't trust Viratโ€™s investigation. She could have worded better and could have said she feels he is misled but in her impulsiveness, she fails to put a united front and her words come out as accusing or not trusting Virat. He was the same Virat who stood up for her when she bought Pulkit home and defended her till the last minute when everyone pointed fingers at her. She could give him some benefit of the doubt. This gives Pakhi a chance to prove that Sai doesn't trust Virat enough. If we look at all the Sairatโ€™s fights this one thing bothers him the most and Pakhi never fails to state this.

Sai doesn't have enough proofs to believe Pulkit. There could be a chance that it was she who was misled. The form that pulkit showed her could have been a false one. Pulkit believed Devi was married to someone else but he calls Devi as his wife in legal forms. Where is the logic? If Devkit is legally married he could have shown their marriage certificate to Virat when he knew about the fake letter.

Regarding pati Patni, she was the one who revealed about their deal marriage and questions his relationship with Pakhi but I am sorry to say but she uses husband and wife when it favors her . I am happy when she says that to Pakhi but i feel she conveniently forgets they are husband and wife when Virat doesn't agree with her opinions. If they are truly husband and wife like she claims she would have tried to understand what made him go against this marriage and tried to clear the misunderstandings but instead she declares the war against him without having enough proof

I am not saying Virat is right but he gets called for his foolishness but Sai gets away easily.

Very nice analysis janaki, this plot is full of loopholes which can be solved only by a discussion.... But chado, I even want to discuss about them... All three sai, virat and pulkith are dum.... Pulkith already lost his love once and even now he is not even trying to show some proofs to virat.... We know pulkith is a good guy bcoz of kd but on what basis sai is showing blind trust on him is not understandable..... Virat ka Kya hi bole....

Anyway pakhi, according to me she worst than normal ITV bahus.... Bcoz the one who behaves as evil , at one point they will get caught but people like pakhi who do stuff under the face of goodness, innocent, sushilatha are very hard to be caught and most dangerous... According to me she have multiple personality disorder... I really don't understand why she is feeling sad for Devi when she is the one reason for her sadness.... I really hope this track gets over quickly but other badluck I think this is going to streach another 2 weeks...

Awesome as always, daat dete aapke patience ki, kaise kar Leto Ho aap. Aapka ye detailed analysis padhne ke baad Hum khush hue aur episode ko skip hi kar lete hain.

Waise bhi ITV mein logic nahi dhund te, ye show ki toh baat hi Nirali hain. But you are right, the family and Vahini knew they could manipulate Virat and pit him against Sai. And Sai being Sai will always stand her ground. Ek toh ye ladki ka sabse bada problem bhi hain and strength bhi sab openly declare kar deti hain.

Kaku and Gang just needed Virat on their side, but Vahini knows to play mind games, she rubs his ego the wrong way and she knows today Viratโ€™s biggest weakness is Sai and she has used that against him. Weakness hain is iska Matlab ye nahi ki Woh Usko defend karega. There have been times when didnโ€™t even stand up for his mother toh Sai toh door ki baat hain.

The battle is no longer what is right and what is wrong, itโ€™s going to be a battle between Virat and Sai. Virat whose thoughts have been blurred because of his family and Sai whose thoughts are blurred in focusing on providing justice. Both have one common trait, they donโ€™t know how to play games and thatโ€™s where people like Vahini take the advantage.

Vahini has become one joke in series, inke baare mein bolna matlab shabdo ka insult karna. Isiliye shayad inke dialogues bhi repeat mode pe hote hain

I just hope Neil rests and recovers, also hope they give a break to the entire cast and crew.

2 weeks Kuch naya Lao hi mat.Copy paste mein ye haal hain Pata nahi creativity mein Kya karenge.
