The voiceover said Nandini will soon find out it was Kiara who told Ranisa about stealing thing. Nandini will think about apologizing to Rani and feel bad. If it’s true, slowly one by one all are moving to Rani’s side.
If you remember the switching sides symbolism, everyone went over to Rani’s side and at the end Veer came back to Ranisa. Then Rani too came over and Veer left. They finally reunited in the fire. Similarly Veer was on Rani’s side. But he came back to Ranisa. Now they will only reunite when some major hurt sequence happens.

He went to Rani Sa back kept Rani 's bag of emotions ,pen which resembles his trust and all. Rani Sa used the chance and threw the pen. Which is what he gave .great. then rest as you said.

Even after saving her, he asked all to go and they held the pen together ,which as you said Rani had the same trust on him while he had love and guilt.
