Kuch demand nahi kia.... When Aniruddh brought her home after marriage, he was devastated. No one was talking to him and he didn't want to perform some post marriage ritual. Bon went to him and asked him after this ritual, I can bring my mother here. He has put all his turmoil aside and sat in the ritual. Went to Bon's place to request her mom as well.
Ani asked Bon to stay in a guest room, but Bon insisted on staying in his room and he let her and left his room.
She asked him to hold his ears and apologize to her mother

Bon thought she had a right to ask Aniruddh for anything and she did till date. In return, she gave him and his family everything she could.
Society pressure and weak man: Initially his whole family was against him and he got to know the bed wetting problem. If he had been weak, he would have left her back then. But didn't.
When he made a mistake and she landed in brothrel, he went on his knees and asked for her forgiveness in front of the prostitutes. He can easily ask for her for forgiveness personally. He didn't take any easy route.
In her naivety and society influence what Bon asked is an utterly wrong thing and unfathomable.
His own kaka made him eat some weird laddoo, what happens if he had touched her inappropriately or he couldn't come in time to save Bon on that night. There are certain things a man can handle and certain things he can't explain or handle. Didn't he made the pandit leave or try to explain kaka over and over again.
He is been taking shit from the day he married Bon. Sometimes fighting with the society, sometimes with his family, sometimes with Bon due to her lack of knowledge and sometimes with himself coz he doesn't know how to handle it.
Just because he took her responsibility, people expect him go handle all pressure silently without succumbing to it or losing himself. Pattar par bhi bar bar vaar karo, vo tuttha hi hai. Aniruddh phir bhi insaan hai.
Aniruddh didn't humiliate her. He was trying to tell her that her thinking is wrong. Their relationship is different. But when he couldn't explain it to her, he lost it and lashed out. It is wrong and harsh but there is no humiliation. It was sampoorna who humiliated Bondita. Agreed Aniruddh's weak moment gave her the right to hurt Bon openly.
Bon being a kid and unable to understand: Yes, but during those times, girls were deprived of childhood and were forced to grow up. The makers were trying to show how wrong it is at different levels. As long as she is under the warm shade of Aniruddh, Bondita will not understand the gravity of these situations. The truth is harsh and unbearable but Bon needed to know so that she can get the resolution from her own hardships and truly become an inspiration for other women.
Aniruddh cried at the end not for himself but for failing Bondita, hurting her and letting her know the cruel truth and making her loose her innocence.

But wasnt that his responsibility? Or was it all his ehsaan? Jo bhi tha, he was wholeheartedly invested in it...but flipped the moment he realized that now that little girl may be developing some feelings for him, which is all but natural. He had all the time to yell at her, but he could not find one minute to take her away and explain in as simple words as possible?
Mujhe tou uski conflict hi samajh nahi aarhy. As I said, I cannot understand this guy anymore. Empathize and then Sympathize tou buht duur ki baat hai.
He literally brought a little girl home with a promise that he will take care of her. He did well...and that was the reason I respected him as a human. I never expected him to be perfect. Just a few days back, I was defending him on a post ke uski impulsive nature uska personality flaw hai naa ki uski bad habit. But there is a limit to things...right?
Aniruddh took the longer and harder route: Right. Agreed. But if this rishta was just a zimmedari, he could have sent Bon with his mother to a dharamshala... shantiniketan types. Guardian bann jata sirf. Kuch personal nahi hona chahiye tha na phir tou? Why did he continue with all that patni jaap, etc. Impersonal rehna chahiye tha na. Ager woh raakshas babu samajhty rehty tou theek tha. Itna closely attach hi nahi kerta uss bacchi ko apne aap se.
Chalien...lets cut some slack again ke bechara Bon ki behteri ke liye hi ker rha tha jo bhi kia.
Mager abh jo kia, uss mien konsi bhalai hai Bon ko?
Emotional damage, bojh, faas, zimmedari, swang,...all these harsh and extremely toxic words Bon ke samnay bolay gaye. Sampoorna ko moqa isi liye mila kyunki Aniruddh ne woh moqa usko plate mien rakh ker dia. Knowing full well how sampoorna is currently hell-bent on destroying Bon.
Aap kisi ki responsibility lete ho, aap sirf usko material things hi dete ho kia?
Uske emotions ka, uski izaat ka khayal rakhna aapki responsibility nahi thy?
Poore gaaon ke samnay aap ne jis bachi per ehsan ker ke usko chhoti maalkin wali izzat dilai thy, aik second mien aap ne "unwanted bride" bana ker rakh dia usko.
Yeh uski izzat kerna tha?

Now, Ashley says anger issues hain and shes right. But this does not justify the fact that what happened yesterday and how he handled the situation was extremely harsh and it can even have very negative and harmful impact on the kid...jo ke aapki zimmedari thy!

Itna harshly tou aap unke sath bhi nahi pesh atay... aur yeh tou phir aik aisk bachi thy jis se woh khud bhi aik point per kafi attached tha. All those roothna manana, roshugulle ki haandion per letters likhna... Wasnt it a sign of his affection and care for her?

I am not an ardent Aniruddh fan. Never have been, never will be.
And right now, I am very hurt for Bondita only.
