I guess Prachi is a bit terrified of the change she saw in Ranbir. The fact that his love for her is so intense is something she has yet not understood completely and therefore is grappling with it.

I want to give her a hug right now.

She had utmost trust in him and yes she hasn't been completely truthful to him yet she wouldn't have imagined something like this cz unconsciously the level of trust she has on him has never shaken. The anger has faded away but she is reeling with the after effects of his outburst.

I am reminded of Arbir's convo before Ranbir confesses his feelings where Ranbir said that Prachi will run away if he goes all majnu. boy he was right.
