It simply is asking the baby to stay undercovers so that it doesn't lose it's moisture... and then the mother applies some lotion and swoosh the baby gains some moisture(has no context with Bucky... as I said it just reminded me of that song)

There are similarities baby needs moisturizer and Baklava's layers need to maintain moisture too.......😉
