Kinjals new job-Kavya overshadowed, sexual harassment track? DTnotePG4

So Kinjal, a complete newbie, got offered a position of PM that requires several years of experience, normally a PMP, and other such qualifications

How Kinjal did all that when she running around Toshu and covering Anu house duties ? I haven’t seen her study ?

So I’m thinking 3 things:

1) Rakhi Dave had a hand in this. She has a coaching center and is well off so is well connected

2) The boss selected Kinjal based on her looks. So we may see sexual harassment type track for added drama. The boss does give off a weird vibe. We may also see him favouring Kinjal over Kavya as she is young & pretty.

3) They really wanted young inexperienced blood but are paying her much less

In no way I am saying Kinjal isn’t a capable woman. She is intelligent (but dumb when it comes to Toshu) so I can definitely see her getting a management level job in the future

but just out of school...it looks suspect

I just hope they do show something deep and dicy like that or else I feel CVs are just keeping this as a genuine offer to Kinjal because she deserves it.. Just to counteract Vanraj... They could have used Devika or someone else who would do the job.. And not Kinjal. Even if it's at low pay, hiring her at that position makes no sense.

I am still unable to digest this nonsense... Hope it's Rakhi who played the role... 😳

By giving kinjal high position rakhi Dave hurt toshu as well as vanraj ego.

Btw mr dholakia company merge with new company and new CEO theory that he only want young blood for company and he Dont care about experience and he Dont want to work with middle age employees

Vanraj was the Regional Manager in the firm, it is not equivalent to CEO.

Kinjal is a Management grad. Toshu and her were doing MBA together. Management graduates do get placed in such roles and sometimes even higher like IIM grads. Did they show which school did she go to? Why are we assuming she is not qualified?

Secondly, she only started helping Anu since some days but she has studied her whole life. How does helping out a little bit at home mean she was just doing that and forgot her career? It is kind of justifying the other kids not helping because they are studying!

Lastly, it is very demeaning for anyone to say that a good looking woman can only get hired because of nepotism or good looks!

Can you please tell me where it states I have said Regional Manager is same as CEO???

I clearly mentioned a PM which is a project manager

Secondly I clearly stated I dont doubt her intellectual abilities. Where I live new grads do not get such high level jobs even MBA grads as the job market is very tight. You would need many degrees to get a job that someone with 25 years of experience has held.

Perhaps you should read the entire post before just typing nonsense or accusing someone of being demeaning...like seriously you have our own opinions but its disgusting to get personal and attack someone based on something you think you read.

I agree with you. If anyone has seen the office (us), something like this happened there. This middle aged lady was fired from her job due to her increasing incompetency, personal issues, and relationship with a junior. They hired a complete newbie, a sort of glorified intern, right out of MBA, in her place. It was a really senior executive position too, so Kinjal getting the job is completely believable.

Since people dont want to read and then we have those that dont read the original post but piggy bank off of other posts let me clarify

#2 was stated in terms of story line. The CV may go that route 1) to make Kavya insecure as she is older and may not be deemed as "young and pretty" (2) to introduce a sexual harassment track as this ALSO happens to a lot of young women globally.

I clearly state I have no doubt of Kinjals capabilities but the CV would not just give her Vans job without some kind of further story line in mind regarding Kinjal. They may go a totally different route to create jealousy between Kinjal and Toshu..dunno..but something is definitely planned here.

So please learn to read and read again before posting nonsense or calling someone demeaning.

There is no way in the hell Kinjal got that position solely because of her talent or that "young blood" BS. If anything I would expect anyone who is part of the company and working under Vanraj or others to get promoted, someone like Kavya or anyone who has some experience under their belt.

Since, Kinjal indeed is replacing Vanraj, High chances are the company might also have picked her because of her connections and know whos.

I think it is Rakhi's doing since she knows how regressive Anupama's family is. There is no way baa can or will digest the fact that Kinjal took her son's job and God forbid if Toshu did not get job, he is going to throw a fit.

He comes across as the type who cannot accept someone besting him, and like Kinjal said he will definitely get job and he studies better than me.. that part is where she shows she keeps his ego stroked..

Toshu will definitely throw a tantrum that Kinjal got her dad's job and would be massively jealous.

Exactly why I think this is Rakhi's doing so she can open Kinjal's eyes that Toshu isn't a good partner for her.

Like literally 2 out of your 3 points were - I haven't seen her study how could she get it, her mother must have gotten it for her and the boss must have hired her because of good looks.

and then how can she get a management job as a fresher - well, she is a management graduate, people do MBA to be managers now, not in future. And it's not current day market or conditions they are considering otherwise where is coronavirus in that land? why is no one waring a mask even in market? I mean you could go into the rabbit hole if you like..

And btw I would have cared to explain you if you just answered me, and probably said yes you never mentioned a CEO and i was just citing it as a high position for an example, but hey, I do not want to talk to a bully who would shut down anyone who doesn't agree.
