Most professionally run agencies work like this. They don't go out to the aam janta and discover talent out of nowhere. They *spot* talent, which is what Dharma seems to be doing with Tripti.

KJo should be lauded for this, not mocked. With his backing, Tripti could go places.

I wish he'd put the same effort into writers and filmmakers instead of getting peeps to tell the same inane tales.
