No. Indian Punjabi and Mughlai cuisine is very rich and not meant for everyday meals. And non veg is actually not meant for humans; but we eat it a lot.
Check the other regional cuisine, Maharashtrian, UP-Bihar, Himachali, South Indian cuisine are the most healthy sub-Indian cuisines.
General meals have whole grain rotis, vegetables, lentils, rice, clarified butter, yoghurt. Each ingredient has its benefit and is the most healthy in the world. Having lived abroad for 2 years and eaten various European cuisines, I can say with guarantee that there is no meal better than traditional wholesome home-made vegetarian Indian food.
Thanks for the info, dear! 😊
Honestly I don't find anything wrong with celebrating Birthday! Randhir Sir must be devastated so this might cheer him up, now they can't celebrate without any reason just another day, so they all thought of staying by his side and cheering him up. Also I don't think they celebrated his birthday this way every year. It's a good thing actually. It might have made him happy for a moment and less lonely. Losing your younger siblings are the hardest, he literally watched them grow infront of him, he's literally their parent. I can't even imagine myself in this situation!

Its not food. Its the amount oil, butter and fried items Indians use, combined with lack of exercise, India has one of the most unheathy population in the world. Indian food can be super healthy if they dont use so much oil and eat so many fried items.

Material used doesn't change much around the world. Indian eat non-veg, too. And it is not unnatural. We're an omnivorous animal.
Problem is in the amount of oil and salt and carbs used in diet.
A clear look at the amount of heart disease in the country would be enough to dispel myths about Indian risk factors.

Their stuffing that garbage down their throat 😆
Take a look at the heart disease deaths around the world.

India is #61 in a group of 183 countries.
Bollywood stars take death very strangely I have noticed. They mourn for like two days and on the third day they are back to partying, drinking, singing etc.. I wonder how many people got drunk on Randhirs birthday, the very substance that probably killed Rajiv and other kapoors
