Which decade had better music?

I think it's a tough choice , but which decade had better music, according to you?

i guess late 90s and early 2000 ...1995-2005 ...early 90's had monotonous songs of kumar sanu although ear friendly yet kumar sanu had no variety in his songs then all the songs used to sound same

As per me, the 90's had more slow, romantic numbers but the 2000's had more melodious yet upbeat numbers. I like the 2000's music more - it's a good combination of peppy, light, dance and romance.

For me, the best musical period is 1997-2005

thats what i meant to say ....2000 had more variety and not just Nadeem shravan dholak songs ...Infact Nadeem Sharavan shown teir variety in 1997 with Pardes and then in 2000's Tumsa Nahi Dekha that shaan song ..Mujhe tumse mohabbat hai dewanege ke had tak
