I think she will take back her complain or be stopped so kavYa can take her complain back so kavYa and vanraj will still be free

I think EMA is still not considered a crime in India, so not sure if them staying together would count as illegal. So not sure but will go with that option.

Earlier in india adulterly is crime but 4,5 year back court declare that adulterly is not crime. It only be ground of divorce

Right, adultry is more of losing moral grounds. She can file complaint against her husband regarding torture and cheating but that's it.

Makes sense. An offence under Section 498A is non-bailable, dependent on the discretion of the court, non-compoundable, so Anu will not pressured into compromise, and police officer can make an arrest without a warrant from the court 😳
