It is a village so it's likely not too big. I don't think it is a dream sequence. Idk there has to be more to it. I think she will reach there, she has a strong will power. But will faint after getting there. And then that will bring Veer and everyone back to the house.

I just realised, unlike the promo, veer never said I am leaving you in the episode. He didn't say anything at all.

May be he really went to buy medicine. I refuse to believe he will leave rani without shedding a single tear.🤣

Last time he left a letter. This time leaving with out even a letter doesn't seem like veer.

No tears; no letter; this still could be a dream. Or he actually went to the dispensary.

No no I don't think it's a dream. He did go to get medicine. When he tore the letter, he said he will tell her himself, not through some silly letter.
