I really enjoyed today's episode despite bogus storyline!😆

the chemistry between imlie and adi was just crackling in their scene, loved how he told her to look into his eyes😳, imlie knew that she has done wrong that's why she was unable to meet his eyes.

it would have been ok if she justified this vrat as happiness for her mother other than her so called zimmedari!

I really hoped that after this confrontation there would be alot of tension now between them but we got a lil scene of them where i think tension was missing, imlie was afraid as usual but not that much tension😆

i just do not want imlie to play cupid between adi and malini, mujhe samaj nahi aa raha ye larki akhir kya cheeze hai, pati k liye vrat bhi rakhna hai aur pati ki dosri biwi se setting bhi krwani hai just let them be!!

And please start giving some bhao to adi now😆, bore hogayi dari sehmi imlie se😆 especially after that dialogue 'acha tha tum bhi marti aur mai bhi marjaata blah blah

LOL Imlie was never going to be that girl or she wouldn't still be in this house😆.....the fact that she's still there, even if it is mostly cuz of lack of choices means that she will continue to be selfless and try to do things for the happiness of others, regardless of how awkward a position she is in.

Re: zimmedaari....lol I actually found that quite amusing and interesting to see them both trying to use zimmedaari as an excuse for why they go out of their way to do things for each other😆.....after many days, we saw an Adi-Imlie struggling with with why they care for each other and how to categorize it when otherwise they have agreed they have no rights on each other......so zimmedaari became a label to hide behind😆.....I feel that Adi saying it was his zimmedaari to save her made Imlie say that it was her zimmedaari to fast for him....otherwise she would have stuck to the explanation that her mom wanted it😆

as absurd as it sounds that is essentially Imlie.. the girl who wants sabka bhala and is so selfless... she is a rare breed and catches everyone's attention due tot hat good spirit of hers too yeh iski fitrat main hi nahi hai ke yeh kisi ke saath mean ho jaaye ya buri ban jaaye esp with malini caz of all the love she showers upon her.. and i find that quality of her endearing albeith it does get annoying it times but because it comes from a good intent it can be dealt with much more easily then other people doing the same stuff hahah

pati ke liye vrat was her responsibility towards the one sides rishta she has accepted that was personal while fixing everything between adi malini is essentially just her goodness and selflessness and sabko khush rakhoongi out of apnapan and pyar she feels as housemates and general humans.. she knows she can't get the love of adi (well as of yet) so she wants him to be happy where he thinks he is .. and it also comes from her guilt that it was due to her he had to go through so much and be bonded like this in this unwanted relationship which is why she goes a step ahead in fixing things between them as to make up for the pain the PD shaadi has caused him...

@bold: I agree....that is a basic Imlie quality only....and it is endearing on a basic level but last few epis have shown it in an OTT manner, that is why it got annoying too.....when they don't show it with balance and flow, that's when it gets weird.

Re: Imlie's guilt....haha *high fives* I just said the same thing in another post too....she will likely help Adi-Malini patch up cuz she feels responsible for the unhappiness in Adi's life to some extent even if she didn't do anything deliberately....so that is pushing her to try and fix their issues whenever she can.

Ultimately all of this will just show Adi that Imlie is a giver, not a taker.....and it's not meant to be a competition b/w Imlie and Malini, but it just sets up a contrast that the girl who has almost nothing left is still able to be this selfless while the girl who got almost everything is still not able to hold on to or value what she has because she is in her own head.

Yes 😂. There is a old Bengali movie named Shat Paak e Badha ..deals with the same issue of class difference..how the mother ruins daughter's marriage by constantly interfering and taunting the son in law about his social status.. ultimately the couple gets divorced. I guess Adini is also heading towards the same direction.

I only wish Imlie is not shown just a better option, but Adi slowly realises her worth in his life and how he has been fighting with destiny all along.

I don't think that is what the story will come down to....Imlie isn't going to be a "fall back" option for Adi.....subconsciously he can already feel that destiny is pushing him towards Imlie all the time and he is fighting it. Ultimately all these things will converge to show that Imlie is the one for him.....he will realize her worth on the strength of her nature and realize that he was meant to be with her.

Right now ofcourse that is a long way away and Adi clearly struggles with his guilt over Malini too much so he's not going to see all this.....it's not about Imlie being a "better option"....it's going to be about Imlie being the right option. He will just take time to realize that.....and it will come after a lot of internal torturing since Adi is a permanent guilt tripping soul who will not easily accept that Malini was never the right choice for him.

Malini will become unconscious, will have a nervous breakdown..and what not. She always emotionally manipulates Adi and he falls for it all the time. This is selfish behaviour much in contrast with the selfless acts of Imlie. It's not that she does that intentionally but this is how she is..it's her inherent nature. The makers are showing it very subtly putting forth her good behaviour. Only during the prayers of savitri vrat it was somewhat clear that her inherent nature is not as selfless as she shows . She asked for 'hum dono ka sath' whereas Imlie is only concerned about Bs's lambi umar. She can't imagine Adi without her..she can't let him go . This was the only instance where the makers showed clearly that she is not as good as Imlie. Her sugary words always seems artificial and forcefully put. She is not inherently a bad person , but can't compete with the selflessness of Imlie. It's not M's fault that she grew up with all the comfort..but whatever the reason..she can't see the world beyond her nose.

@bold: Exactly.....Malini is not a bad person....but this is just her nature that she is so inside her own head that she hasn't ever really understood Adi or the issues in their relationship.

The cracks in their relationship have always existed because they aren't compatible as personalities....the dating period simply involves going out for dinners and coffees and talking about the same general subjects....it doesn't give you a full sense of personalities unless you actually try to engage with each other honestly.

Adi-Malini's relationship seems built on always avoiding conflict, never talking through anything that could create conflict.....that is why these cracks were hidden so far....but now they are rising to the surface.

I find it interesting that Adi thinks this volatile side of his personality has only risen due to being stuck in this forced situation with Imlie.....but Imlie can't create something out of thin air.....these things were always part of his personality but no one ever tapped into them before cuz he got used to repressing all these shades in his 7 years with Malini and never really sharing all sides of himself with his partner.....but they are all pouring out naturally with Imlie....and that is why he isn't meant to last with Malini despite the surface level "similarities".....cuz that isn't the real deal. He may be currently in conflict with Imlie most of the time but that conflict is helping churn and bring out his honest self to the fore rather than hiding it all the time.

You analyse too much, writers are not using a single brain cell to write this story.😂

@bold: LOL yes, that is what this all seems to be a setup for.....Imlie has again confused Aditya with this vrat/sindoor stunt and his trust in her has wavered again.....so when Imlie helps him and Malini patch up, he will then feel guilty for suspecting Imlie again😆.

He very much knows in his heart that Imlie didn't mean to sabotage anything directly but he was angry and upset in that moment....which is why he was ranting and saying, "Yes I know you keep saying you weren't trying to do anything deliberately, but things seem to happen on their own and I don't know what to believe again"....he felt upset that things were once again getting out of hand and the root cause invariably was again Imlie with her sindoor stunt.

Re: Mrs. C....haha well she's psychotic in general so I've given up trying to make sense of her actions😆.....but it seems like her issue this time was that she didn't want to see a random unmarried girl walking around with sindoor in her daughter's sasural😕😆.....Let's not even try to make sense of how half-assed that excuse is😆.....Mrs. C basically wants to control everything in Malini's sasural under the pretext that it's her daughter's house now so is allowed to have a say in it🤔

Woh toh hai hi but she goes extra crazy when it comes to imlie due to her suspisions on dev too. Let's just forget it that it sounds so ridiculous and she just has to find a way to create drama at malini's sasural.. kasam khai hai.unho ne ek din drama ke bina nahi jaane dengi😆

LOL yeah, this is why I also zoned it out....Mrs. C ki OTT bakwaas became pretty irrelevant pretty soon for me in yesterday's epi cuz we got other interesting scenes😆.....like the Adi-Imlie scene, then the Adi-Malini conflict at the end.

Just when I was starting to lose hope, the story moved a tiny inch again and I'm back to feeling better for now😆.....this is what I wanted to see.....koi instant resolution nahin chahiye but conflict toh dhang se dikhaao....chaahe Adi-Imlie ka ho ya Adi-Malini ka.

They threw an interesting twist our way with showing nuances in the Adi-Imlie confrontation....both of them are dealing with more conflicting emotions inside than they are able to realize or verbalize....dono jitna dikhaate hain usse zyada attach ho gaye hain ek dusre se but ZIMMEDAARI is the new buzz word for now....no wonder it was making me laugh😆

Exactly!! Theek time pe turned the tide warna mera hosla toot jaata.. idc whether it is adi makini or adi imlie in terms of story moving caz both sides have intresting points and dynamics on the relationship.. ofcourse adi imlie are the ultimate ship and will sail but the thing is the actual conflict exists on both ends which normally doesn't happen and it becomes a cat fight between2 women fighting over 1 guy.. here that doesn't exist.. it is not some ego battle between imlie malini ke who can have adi
