You know what's the thing that you have to do. Allign your habits with these addiction.

Read for 1 hour continuously and then only use IF,

Don't reverse the order. And repeat this for every social media.

I personally use fb and insta only in 1st of every month and IF at night.

Keep your phone in different room while studying.

Everything your talking about it’s a sign of depression. Please get some help from a therapist or help yourself by changing your life style. If you don’t do no one will do! You’re the only one who can help yourself and motivate yourself!


Life is beautiful and make the most out of it!


be grateful for everything because there is someone who wish they could live and could count more breaths but not everyone is blessed!

You just need to find the motivation to study, that's all. Blaming external sources is easy, but it has to come from within. Focus on being productive for at least 1-2 hours every day, then increase to 3-4 hours, and so on. Baby steps.


Also, why would you want to gain weight? I'm sure you are fine just the way you are. Love yourself first, then all will fall in place. Remember, happiness is an inside job - you can't find it in others.

I agree these are strong signs of depression. It's hard to fight this oneself because one is fighting their own brain. A third party is really optimal, especially a therapist and probably a Psychiatrist/ Dr. - because this might also be chemical. Think about it and treat it the same way as if you had a physical illness - with professional help. There's no shame in it. Do take care of yourself.
