I think Ayushman himself has said that Ranbir's performance in Rockstar was the inspiration for him to improve his craft. He is super talented too of course but RK wins this handily, imho

Looks/hotness factor - neither is a prize.

Acting - Ranbir has an edge but only very slight.

Entertainment factor of movies - Hands down Ayushman. A new AK movie would make me curious because you know it will likely give 2-3 hours of solid enjoyment. A new RK movie would make me watch for fresh gossip about his personal life because you know IF is guaranteed to have two dozen threads on it.

Celeb status - Ranbir. Ayushman simply doesn't generate the same electricity.

As a human - I don't know either, but that never stopped me from commenting before, so... Ayushman looks like a nice guy, Ranbir not so much.
