Agree!

I have come to realize...most ITV female leads have an irritating self-righteous + stupid streaks in them.

Riddhima is no different.

Writers perhaps identify themselves with the female lead and thus feel compelled to never make them do any bad thing without making them desperate enough to do it.

Most flaws of Riddhima that we find in this show are result of incompetency of writing rather than well-thought out, intentionally created negative shades of the character
