First of all , Imlie never went after begging Aditya to take care of her or take her responsibility. In fact , she only accepts the amount of care that she deserves as the special little darling of Tripathis ⭐️, not more than that.

The whole idea of promising to take care of her came from Aditya's head and of his free will , so it's completely upto him wo khayal rakhe chahe na rakhe..

In fact , she doesn't expect him to do anything for her, she gets shocked and surprised and overwhelmed when Aditya does something nice or kind for her ,which clearly shows she has zero expectations from him.
