Did you like Parineeta (2005)?

I just re-watched Parineeta and it was like watching poetry in motion. What an exquisite cinematic work, heart-warming, and the romance at the core of it makes your heart melt. Vidya looked so beautiful and Saif was dapper too. The songs were pure love. Kolkata was depicted so beautifully especially the rain-drenched scenes were like watching a city in all its glorious colors.

I had forgotten how beautiful this movie was❤️

Did not like the movie, but the songs were just amazing! Piyu Bole is one of my all time favourite songs. It is sad the album does not get as much love as it should.

Saif and Vidya do make a good pair, and Vidya was just gorgeous in this movie.

I loved it so much that I would go watch the movie literally every evening after coming back from college straight for 6 days after which I ran out of my money😆. Ahhh those days.
