Arnav entered his room and found it in a total mess. The bed was without a sheet, pillows were on the floor, nothing was better with all his important papers scattered on the floor and his clothes lying all around the corner. He heard water running inside the washroom and knocked on the door.
"Khushi?" he called in a calm voice.
As soon as he called her name, the door clicked open. There stood an angry Khushi in a casual night suit which covered her big tummy. She was 7 months pregnant and her mood swings were driving him crazy. At first, he was excited to handle her mood swings, but later... Ah... You know what.
"I.. I know I am late.. I am sorry.." apologized Arnav.
"You should be!" she yelled as she came to the other side, to the front of the mirror. "It's all because of you! I mean... just look at me! What have you made me, Arnavji!"
Arnav shook his head. She has grown weight, and it's obvious during pregnancy, isn't it? Khushi sat angrily on the edge of the bed.
"Come on Khushi, I had a meeting and you know how important work is!" he said as he sat on knees in front of her and took her hands on his.
"I know.." she said with wet eyes. "Meeting is more important than me."
Her tears pricked Arnav's heart.
"Khushi.."
"You don't love me anymore! Because this fatty tummy makes me look fat and ugly!" she sobbed.
"Aww Mera Bachchaa!!" Arnav pulled her into a hug. "You are the most beautiful girl I have ever met and I will ever meet!"
Khushi hugged back satisfied, with a smile.
"Arnavji, I am hungry!" She said still hugging him.
"You were waiting for me? Why didn't you take dinner?" Arnav asked as he broke the hug.
Khushi let out a perfect pout.
"I ate few hours back."
"And you are still hungry?" he asked.
"Yes!"
"Okay.." Arnav said taking out his car keys. "Ice cream?"
"Ice cream!" Khushi grinned happily.

Arnav and Khushi curdled each other lying on the bed.
"Arnavji?" Khushi looked up to check if he is asleep.
"Hmm?" Arnav replied with closed eyes.
"What do you think? Ladka hoga ya Ladki?" she asked dreaming.
"Kuch bhi ho," Arnav said smiling. "Wo hamare pyaar ki nishaani hoga!"
Khushi smiled.
"What will we name them?" she asked.
"If it's a girl, He's Muskaan." Arnav said.
"Why that?"
"Just like, you are the reason of my happiness; she will be the reason of my smile." Arnav said proudly and Khushi smiled.
"And if it's a boy..." Arnav began thinking.
"Aarav! Like you provide love to me, he will provide peace!" Khushi grinned.
"You three are the most precious gems of my life!" Arnav smiled back.
Both of them dozed of dreaming of their happy family with Muskaan or Aarav or both!
