Rabia tells Alia that Sarang is the real donor. But Alia doesn't believe her. Rabia tells that she is telling the truth after double checking the matter. Alia argues. Finally she faints.
Sarangdhar comes to cafe to meet Kavya. He says sorry. Kavya tells you were telling the truth only. Sarangdhar tells he respects Alia and because of her interview he came to Mumbai. Kavya says jiske dard mein mann dukhi ho jaaye aur jiske khushi mein mann khush ho jaata hai wahi pyar hai. Sarangdhar tells I can't make you understand and goes.
Alia gets up. She is still not believing. She tells she saw a bad dream where Rabia was telling her that Sarangdhar is the real donor. Then Rabia tells her that is the truth. Alia wants to be alone for sometime.
Sarangdhar reaches office. He thinks because of him Alia is in pain. So he goes to meet her. Seeing him Alia panics. She shuts the door and tells that she is not giving anything to him. He tries to calm her. Alia enquires about his background. Then she opens the door and says she wants to talk some important matter with him.
