Hmm I didn't know this was a part of Yoga. But what the heck, I know zilch about Yoga in general so yeah...
We call it a 'crab' in very 'crude' terms and I can do that *is proud* 😊
But I'll have to adnit Sunaina pulled it off greatly- thanks to her long arms and tall physique. Good one.
