Any tasks involving sponsors are not aired overseas. These companies pay the channel as it’s a promotion for their products. To promote their products overseas, they will have to pay the channel for that as extra coverage. In some cases those products may not be marketed overseas so paying extra for that is irrelevant.

Overseas viewers must have noticed labels being blocked out or product names beeped out, that’s for the same reasons. This is not just on BB but in all shows. That’s also why we don’t get to watch any of the commercials aired in India.
