Kareena is due to give birth to her 2nd child soon and I bet her second child will be a Boy.

Her second son’s pics will also be papped.. just like Taimur.. from the minute when he was born.

Regardless, agreed so many actors have kids and they're not papped a fraction of what Taimur is which indicates the paps are called.
