And I don't just mean during the lockdown.
In general, does it always feel that even though you have friends (maybe just a few), sometimes when you crave to talk to someone nobody is available ?
Many times. And that feeling is one of the worst feeling. U feel so isolated in that moment and it seems that while world is fake.
I Need to convince my mind that it's just a stupid thought and don't focus on it
Everyone does. Sometimes its bad because even though i have friends i don't think they'll understand.
I think it's important to not analyse and overthink about it too much when you are in the moment... Forums/books/movies/music - anything that holds your attention - do that.. And you'll feel better 🤗
Best option is always maggi and chocolates.. Best mood lifter
Focusing on that thought can lead to bad results. I have been through them once so I always keep reminding myself that these are just your brain tricks to make u feel victim

No. Never ever. I love my me time and can keep myself entertained for hours on end.
I have my friends, boyfriend, and parents to talk to...but I prefer spending time on my own.
Also, I have books, movies, food and the Internet...what more can one ask for?❤️
Someone to understand what you actually mean and not judge
Some days are though , some aren't
I have learn to entertain myself and tbh I enjoy solitude

I came to this forum during 2013/2014 polar vortex because of not being able to do anything else and feeling lonely 😆. Prefer my own company in real life but I like people-watching which wasn't possible at the time.
Dec 2013 or Jan 2014 Polar Vortex was wild here in states😆
I am such a lone wolf, my parents keep reminding me that I cannot live in the hermit mode all my life.😆 Part of it is probably trust issues. I've even pushed away people that are interested romantically because of the hermit in me. But I don't feel lonely. I feel safe alone and stronger. When I am around people it drains me out soon. But if I am comfortable with someone like family, they can be around me all they want. Anyone outside, it has to be a one on one, or one on two time spending arrangement for a max of 3-4 hours, beyond that I am drained.
On the contrary, I crave "Me time". Miss loneliness. For some like me, life is too hectic and fast. Might have to head to the Himalayas like Steve Jobs to get some alone time.🤣
So enjoy it while you can.
There is no time between 8 months old and 3 1/2 years old. No alone time, no phone time.
When they sleep, Mum is here to remind me — bachhe so gaye hai.. phone mein mat ghusi rehna.. so jana. 🤷♀️ Aap 15 ke ho ya 35 — Mummy to mummy hai.. 😆
M So glad she is here.. warna Amrica ka winter is brutal. So depressing. Every year January- February makes me wanna shift back to India.
About loneliness— used to feel that. Sometimes you want to talk to someone who wouldn’t judge you or give you advices and definitely not compare your life with theirs. But aisa no judging, no Chugli wala koi hota hi nahi most of the time.
