You are right, but as an actor SRK does not hold a candle to Amitabh Bachchan. Bachchan is in a league of his own.

Nope. Amitabh's graph went up and up after 1973 till early and mid-80's after which his films started to not do well at BO while SRK's BO graph is more sporadic.

SRK's popularity stemmed more from huge popularity of his TV shows(Circus, Fauji, Dusra Keval) than from his films. He was already popular when his first film was released. There is no comparison between Amitabh Bachchan and SRK.

Baap baap hota hai aur beta beta. SRK can never compare to Big B in the acting department nor in the popularity.

Big B jaha khade hote hai wahi se line shuru hota hai. SRK jaise das log us line mein unke peeche join ho sakte hai, but can NEVER surpass him. Such is the calibre of Big B. This poll is laughable even to someone who admires SRK and his megastardom!

If SRK himself ever saw this poll, I bet he would be hugely embarrassed.😳

In terms of both acting and superstardom Amitabh beats SRK and all the Khan's, the stardom that Big B saw in the 70s and 80s was unmatched. SRK is a decent actor when he does not ham, plus his popularity was mostly women and NRIs but he does not hold a candle next to Big B.

Even during KBC the first time, you could see all of them in awe of him, comparing that with the others is not fair to anyone
