Even SP can do this like u said they did with EHT. Maharaj Ki Jai Ho was entirely pre-shot for 50 episodes. There were discussions thay S2 was also planned but it did not come. When MKJH a comedy got low ratings that also in lockdown they only showed remaining episodes on Hotstar and showed Premium episodes every day at 8am on Star Utsav which I came to know in forum. Which idiot cast a new show on old shows channel that also premium episode? And some fans in forums felt that they edited in some places to get done with the show. After 2-3 weeks they would telecast even on weekends be it on TV or Hotstar to get done with the show. And Aarambh was actually ruined making it like daily soap in some ways after reincarnation. They even changed title with feminized tagline when both leads were important. They better don't mess with Rudrakaal even if it's ratings go low.

1.5-2 will be enough for them

Even if they gets 1.3-1.5 sp will let it run for 26 episodes

With MKJH they were very skeptical from the beginning only as MKJH. Was ready from very long time almost 1yr but they knew that it will not get ratings so thats why they launched it in lockdown when original episodes were on hold but at that sp was in miserable condition like national colors sab tv sony all four channels were getting higher grps than them so they finally dropped MKJH. In middle nd took easy route of mythos as at that time mythos were ruling the roost nd it actually worked in their favour nd thanks to lockdown mythos nd rerun of old shows like sathiya yrkkh star plus is still leading charts with very high margin

I hope after Rudrakaal SP give another try to medical drama genre which Sanjeevani 2019 ruined badly. That show can have 10 episodes that will run every monday at 11:00 pm. Like this weekly format will be utilized. Atleast Lkls jaise ch***yape se toh better hi hoga ek weekly medical drama series and it wont affect their current programs too. 😗

Kitna acha hota if indian channels runs 1hr long 26 epi finite show on weekdays only for 1 month....in that way we will get new shows every month but itni mehna koun krega aise itv broadcasters sochte honge

Mon-fri 7-11pm means 4 shows of 1hr....we will get 4 new shows every month

OMGG. You just snatched my thought. But my one is a bit different. If they air shows Mon - Wed from 7 to 12 pm and have 5 shows (running time 45 mins) and same method repeats on Thurs - Sat then we will have 10 mini fiction shows. They all will have episode limits under 50 and can also run for 3 months but it wont bore us because telecast are for 3 days a week. Then on Sunday nights special shows from 8 to 12 (Reality show + Weekend series). Aisa hota toh kitna maza aata like Kdramas dekhte time mujhe humesha yahi feel hota hai kyun nahi humare indian tv shows format change hojaate.

I find these new shows launched nowadays so bad (I do watch itv shows that have no logic and all, this makes me quite a hypocrite 😆) but like 5 years ago atleast the first 20 episodes were good and had a strong plot for itv standards. Every thing seems to go directly to shaadi
