Virat performing ACP duties

I had seen members asking why virat is not performing ACP duties .

I would like to inform if virat will really start performing his ACP duties then iss serial ki adhi se jyada janta jail main hogi alag alag cases ki vajah se.

Aadhe se jyada janta consist of kaku mast gang & sai .

Kaku mast gang will go for domestic violence & sai will land jail for her suicide attempt atleast for one yr. Sai pe to aur bhi charges lag sakte jisse virat ne Kamal sir ki liye ignore kar diye the .

Once sai land in jail doctor bane ka sapna vaise bhi garbage mein chal jayega.

I guess we should stop asking why virat is not performing acp duties as we will not able to tolerate it if virat start performing ACP duties.

I was thinking the same sometime back when people were questioning his abilities as an officer. Everyone in the show except Virat, aai , Shivani and Devi will have to be arrested.

Aur isme DIG sir bhi kuch nhi kar sakte

I think DIG should transfer him to Gadchiroli he will handle them better than sai and chavan

Let sai do social work and chavan do their drama

She is sherni she doesn't need any one

By the time virat will return he will be long forgotten just like samrat

Sai and chavan bonding will be also strengthened😆

Sai and pakhi will be best friend cum sister

Who need jai veeru when they will have sai pakhi aka sakhi

Suicide has been decriminalised by a law passed by Parliament in 2017 that now makes the government responsible to help survivors of suicide attempt overcome mental issues. Although Indian Penal Code section 309 has not been repealed, it has been diluted by way of the Mental Health law that overrides the provisions of IPC in this matter. So, Sai wouldn't face arrest but rehabilitation.

Rest of them definitely can be booked.

Kya baat kar rahi ho , in 2019 a girl in my locality was arrested by police for her suicide attempt , usne 2 baar attempt kiya tha . I m very sure about it varna I also used to think people who attempt suicide r sent to rehab.

She got released in April 2020 due to corona danger

It depends on what the person did apart from attempting suicide. A man who opened the cork of his lpg cylinder at home to attempt suicide was also booked last year. It was because he also put others in danger. But not everyone gets booked like earlier. The survivor is assumed to have mental issues unless there is some other evident reason.

For example, PP threatening or attempting suicide to have an affair with her brother in law may attract a case. I hope I was able to explain. If not, do read the law analysis available online. It will be interesting.

In Sai's specific case, she won't face any charges.

And waise, it's a TV show Nahi toh ACP himself will face inquiry for the uncontrolled use of guns in his probationary posting. Police officers have to account for each bullet they use and fire. The way they went about shooting Jagtap gang all over the body. Only Kamal Joshi fired below the waist in the end. So let's leave the logical legal issues aside for our own sanity 😆

I hope DIG transfer virat to a place where sai or chavana & pattar didi specially can't reach or contact him . Only he keep his contact with Ashwani

I really hope sai moves to hostel as I m dying to see her hostel Life & her survival in real world.

Regarding pattar didi & chavan they can rot in hell.

How can a family, full of ARMY/Police officers, including Sai (daughter of police officer), do stuffs like this.

For Sai, it was suicidd attempt. Let's say she was not in her correct state of mind, but what about the rest of Chawan. Don't they know domestic violence is punishable by law xP

I agree with u on virat facing enquiry on his use of his gun during jagtap sai wedding as they keep d count but he was already informed about goons having automatic weapons or they may come up with why virat shooted so many people , so I doubt virat would had land up in jail for this . Even kamal sir can land in enquiry for tying jagtap with his jeep & make him roam in whole GC Virat was shown scolded him for it .

Sai to can face enquiry or even punishment for spying a confidential police meeting.

Coming episode mein sai or bhi reasons degi arrest hone ke .

My only concern people should stop questioning why virat is not performing ACP duties
