Both of them will be awesome in the vampire show but I have doubts on EK if she will be able to make a good supernatural show after seeing her disastrous Naagin 5 and bharmarakshak 2👎🏼
EK should bring this show in joint venture. She and Gul both are friends IRL so they can bring it jointly. Ekta will take care of the fashion and clothes, will hire a different set of writers and Gul will look after the cinematography, vfx and cgi etc.

LOL. No there were several articles made on this show especially on Tellychakkar, Gossipstv and Tellydrama. The show was tentatively titled as Amrit. Few months ago there was a news that Sony alongwith Gul's new show and Saas Bina Sasural 2 is working on another SSP show which will be a periodic romantic drama.
It is a one hour series. And also it feels they had pre shot the show.
