Nah, she IS a creep. And comparing men and women is fair in this situation because if for example, Eijaz, Aly, Rahul, etc went and hit on Rubina saying I will make you pregnant/I will make you a mom, they would absolutely be a creep. It does not matter if Rubina laughs or not. And she didn't only make those comments, she even commented on things like if he gets aroused with Rubina, which absolutely crosses a line. That is not being "free" that is just being perverted.

Men hitting on women is not acceptable because eve teasing is a reality.

Women hitting on men is acceptable because that rarely happens and most of the time men enjoy it.

The pregnancy comment is also not acceptable when it's said from man to woman because rape victims are 99.99% females.

So you can't make a joke out of a serious issue.
