As @shabz said, first episode was good. Neelam has a headstrong character and Amar plays innocent but also she is educated and wants to work. However I know this show won't stay this positive soon 😔. OST isn't great though

I am sick of these dramas where women are reduced to nothing but sad, crying, abused objects. The only thing appealing here is Neelam's character.

I'm only bearing this drama because of Neelum. I think a lot of people are watching as GEO grabbed attention with her promos. I'll give a bit more in depth review. :
It starts off with Neelam and Amar at Haris Waheed's house and they are practicing for Haris' sister wedding. Ahsan is a lafanga awara and he is involved with Sana Fakhar and when he is in that area his father catches him and is mad. His mother spoils him and that is why he is how he is. While Neelam and Amar are coming home (Haris is dropping them off), they get stuck in traffic jam where rich guy hits someone and refuses to take him to hospital. Neelam gives him lecture about how they won't always be oppressed by rich people and etc and people give her applause. When they come home, Neelam talks to her mom about Haris-Amar rishta and her mother kind of approves. Ahsan and his parents go for rishta for a girl and in end scene they say no because they don't want their daughter being with any lafanga/awara.

First episode was interesting. I loved Ahasan and Neelam in it.😃 But why does Amar wear dupatta on her haid, and Neelam not? Don't they belong to the same background? Is Neelam supposed to be a teenager or what!😕

I think they show Amar as more conservative by choice and Neelam is shown as a college student I believe.

Qayamat is now airing on Tue&Wed at 8 pm😃.
