Actual meaning of little finger and the filth part

Rubina implied that you are a loo or your equal to my loo. That's absolutely wrong but it's not related to middle finger at all. After that when she saw arshi reaction she continued showing it. And arshi is saying as if she has never said anything to rubina. She herself called her gand and what not. Now the filth part rubina said the situation created by arshi to be filth and I remember even in one task where rubina was sanchalak she said gandagi mat kar and ghatiya aurat.
