If Ruby is wrong to get annoyed with someone chatting during night then why does BB turn the lights off at night?

Arent the lights turned off for the purpose of letting hms sleep in peace? So how is noise any different?

If they want to talk then go outside and talk.

I just watched that little finger scene and even I thought she meant the middle finger (in that case, Ruby became as bad as Arshi). However, I refute to believe she meant the middle finger.
