Actually the reason can be both..

Bcz people watch shows for entertainment not moral policing..we all know its a fiction and that doesn't happen in real life..and also,they are too young and their adrenaline hormones are very active😆

But they need a separation otherwise they would never evolve..and sadly,it won't happen in the show coz channel won't take this risk..!!
