Hell, even a book has a narrator, we are atleast given clues to what the characters are feeling! Bani having a soft corner for veer and bani falling heads over heels for him was quite a huge high jump!smiley36 Imagine a catepillar directly turning into a butterfly! Cacoon ka stage skip kiya toh kitna ajeeb lagega? Waisa hai yaha! Till the Navraatri episode, bani's feelings were in a catepillar mode and after then cacoon ka stage aane hi laga tha ki bamm, they directly went for the butterfly as in SR!smiley37Toh yaha thodi progression hi maar di yeh log ne!smiley36

Lol, they probably needed an ep or two just before the SR to add in that final bit of progression from caterpillar to butterfly smiley36 I'd say since the Navratri track, every element of the show has been rushed and hasty, not just Vani. Not sure if there were BTS reasons for it - e.g. Ekta lighting a fire up Mukta and co or what - but whatever the reason, they certainly abandoned any subtlety at that point!

I agree! Those fiery conversations were full of intensity!smiley42smiley43smiley27My favorite will always remain 'Tum meri patni ho.......*pause*smiley43.....BANI!smiley42Uff!!! That scene!!! Goosebumps all over for me! I doubt they will bring it back! Bani has past that stage longgg back!smiley36

That was literally the scene that got me hooked onto them smiley42 so intense and full of passion! I just saw a clip on IG of the scene at Poyuri's engagement party, where Veer teases her that she turns every romantic dialogue "dull and boring" like her, and she retorts "kyunki woh romantic dialogue tumne bola hota hai" smiley36 I loved Surbhi's reading of that line, and her expressions here. That's the kind of tashan baazi I've always loved between them. Sure, things have changed and it wouldn't necessarily make sense anymore for them to be antagonistic towards each other in that way again, but I hope a little bit of that taddi comes back.

Wish we get a scene like this in full hosh before the show ends!smiley36

You and me both, sister! With Bani initiating, because Veer will probably die of the shock and happiness smiley36

That's the pattern N5 follows! They don't give breathing space between two tracks!smiley24 Its overdose of drama sometimes! Not necessary something tense needs to keep happening all the time! All their tracks are so heavy on drama! Maybe one lighter track could happen! But, its mukta didi....who are we talking about!smiley36 Yeah, they've really gone all heavy on the dramatic tracks recently. I was hoping that with Tapeera's wedding (is that even still happening?) we'd get to see some lighter Vani moments alongside it...but like you say, it's all up to Mukta didi smiley24

Definitely. Since the beginning, everything she has done has been in reaction to Veer. Even impulsively announcing her engagement/wedding to Jai was done to annoy Veer, not necessarily because she wanted to marry the former. That's why Veer always said that no matter what, the one thing Bani could never do was ignore him. And that's why he pursued her, I guess, because he felt convinced that it wasn't a one-sided attraction.

I totally agree that there's a difference in being subtle and in leaving holes for the audiences to fill up themselves. This isn't the first show where I (and fans) have been left to interpret or assume things for ourselves 😆. It always surprises me because I think that if I were a writer on these shows, I would not leave it to chance interpretation that the fans would pick up on our ever so subtle clues...but then who knows what conversations go on in the writers' rooms when they put pen to paper...

The only weak link in VAni's story till date has been Teer's death. What would have happened if Shukla didn't kill Teer ? Bani did unleash her wrath on Teer mistaking him for Veeranshu. Bani's rage & her desire to avenge Jai's death seemed more genuine to me than her love for Veeranshu according to the present track. It's okay, but not truly convincing.

I don't like to go into concept of naagin.

But having the name of naagin it's speciality of love ... revenge has to be shown in balanced way.

Keeping in mind it's a finite series each and every episode had to be interconnected and not show each episode bakwaas twist which is really not required
