Suicide is forbidden in Islam but still people commit suicide. Those who commit suicide will be severely punished on the Day of Judgment.

There is difference between fuqaha. But most of them say that it is permissible to pray for the one who committed suiside. Coz you don't know how was his mental case while doing so. In they days of prophet (A.A.W.A) .. when someone killed himself he reused to pray for him , but ordered others to pray for him. Most of fuqaha said that he did so to explain to muslims that it is a gr8 sin.

@Nina. Dilawar was killed by Nadeem.. this is why Nadeem killed himself. It wasn't shown properly in Zebaish though.🤪

Really aisa kuch toh nhi dekhaya. So we have to just assume by ourself that he killed dilawar thats why he killed himself.

We must stop judging others. There was a boy in our neighborhood (In Pakistan). He was the only son of his parents. He committed suicide a year ago due to unemployment. I have read that Muslims who commit suicide will go to hell on the Day of Judgment. Suppose a person is suffering from a severe case of depression or some other mental disease .If he commits suicide, will he also go to hell?

Who will go to hell or heaven that would be decided by only Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta-ala. However suicide is haram no matter what the condition is. But baki Allah jesy chaye Maaf karey jesy chaiye Saza dey.

Not needed. Firstly a normal person just doesn’t wake up one day and decides to kill themselves like they show in our dramas. There are signs before that. Depression is one them.

The only drama in my opinion that has tackled this well is humsafar. Sarah’s didn’t commit suicide out of the blue. She was getting more and more depressed. Her mannerism her dressing everything changed. Kudos to the director.
