CHAPTER-11

Next morning everyone went in different vehicles not to raise suspicion. First sakshi entered ETF followed by Shree, as they were the first one to arrive early. After few minutes other team members entered. Seeing them talking they surrounded asking questions..."Tum dono itne jaldi agai...ghar gaye ki nahi kal." Ayesha asked them.

"Gaye tey na...Ayesha!" Sakshi replied with her usual smile.

"Sach re Sakshi...kal toh mujhe bahut dar Laga...kahi Arjun sir tumhari chuti pehle din hih na dhe.." said chotu giving her smile.

"Arjun ki itni himmat nahi..." Replied sakshi with a inward smirk.

"Aur woh kyu?" Riya asked with frown not liking the way sakshi talking about Arjun.

Sakshi giving her a look..."Kyunki...jabtak mei nahi chahti.....koi mujhe ETF se nahi nikhal sakthe."

All looked at her in confusion while she elaborated..."Aise kyu dekh rahe hoh...Mana ki mei team mei work karrahi huh....lekin...mujhe nikhalne ke authority keval DIG sir ke paas hain...naahi Arjun naahi Sameer ke paas."

Shree who went to do some work came back joining the discussion..."kya baate horrahi..."

"Kuch nahi...tum batao hogai tumhara kaam..." Sakshi asked him who nodded at her...."Haa...aur yeh dekho meine kya laya .." saying he waved that day newspaper in front of her.

"Aaj ka newspaper usmei kya naya hain..." Liza pulled it from him.

"Tujhe samaj nahi ayegi....idhar de.." Shree pulled it from her handing to sakshi.

"Dekho...first page pe kya print huwa." He said.

Giving a confused look....she glanced at the headline with surprise, read aloud..."Mumbai ke Heros-ETF"

Reading it fully she exclaimed..."yeh meri report hain joh mei bhulgayi...kal Arjun ko dene ke baad... phir yeh aaj ke paper mei print kaisa huwa."

By now others also read it and looked at her in surprise.

"Arjun sir ne mail kardiya....kal humhare jane ke baad." Shree replied with a smile.

Sakshi looked at him with frown as she didnot give Arjun soft copy...thinking hard her expression changed into smile as he had her passwords, shook her head fondly thanking him in mind.

All congratulated her as her story was really good..."Lekin Sakshi yeh SA ko samaj me athi hain lekin R ka matlab kya hain."

"Woh kuch nahi.....R se bahut khaas naam jhuda hain...time ane par jarur bataungi." Sakshi replied confidently...while others left as it may be her personal thing.

The days were going smoothly.....with cases coming to ETF daily. Sakshi bonded with everyone closely and all noticed the change with the arrival of her. Her cute talks...bickering with shree...back answering to Arjun... everything changed with her and all welcomed the change except Riya due to jealousy as she could see the changes she was making in Arjun.

For Ayesha and Liza she became a sister whom they could confide and for chotu she was his partner. Though they could not understand the closeness she had with shree and Sameer.

Arjun, sakshi, Sameer and Shree all were trying very hard to search for Sikhender....but they were not getting any clue.

Oneday....they were dealing with the case...they got clue that it belongs to drug trafficking....and started solving the case from different angle.

"Dammit....." Sameer yelled in frustation throwing the pen on table startling the team. "Dho din hogai...lekin humhare paas ek clue nahi hain....aur uper se pressure arrahi ki case jaldi solve kare hum."

Everyone in the team looked exhausted....as they were working continuously from twodays.

Arjun staring at his friend understood his frustation...even he was not getting what to do....

"Ayesha....tumhare paas kuch idea hain...kaise inn drug dealers tak paunche." Sakshi whispered to her.

Ayesha looking her...."Ofcourse....mei yeh kaise bhulgayi."

"Kya bhuli tum." Shree quipped with interest.

"Woh kaam Ayesha se nahi lekin Nadiya se jarur hogu..." She said with a smirk.

Hearing the name Shree looked at her in suprise while sakshi had confusion.

"Mei kuch samji nahi....yeh Nadiya kaun?"

"Areh jabmei undercover kaam karrahi thi... drug racket ko pakadne keliye tab mera cover naam nadiya hain." Ayesha replied with smile.

"Mujhe pata hain yeh log kaise kaam karthe hain...yeh ekdusre se bikul direct contact nahi rakhta...bahut log hote joh ek dusre ko jante tak nahi...lekin ismei shamil hote."

"Toh kya tum leader tak paunchgayi." Sakshi questioned with interest.

"Nahi...lekin agar mera mission middle pe rokha nahi gaya toh shayad ab tak paunch jati." She replied slowly.

"Toh tum mission abandon kyu ki...kuch problem hogai kya?"

"Ha..mera cover blow huwa...." Ayesha replied looking at Arjun while Shree giggled from his place.

"Kisne kiya yehsab...aur tumhara phirse Nadiya bana koi risk toh nahi hoga na."

"Mera cover blow Arjun sir ke karan huwa." Ayesha grumbled..."issliye mujhe ETF join hona padi."

That's it Shree couldnt control himself and laughed loudly seeing their expressions. Sameer who was frustated and angry directed his anger on him.

"Shree...tumhe kis baat ki itni hassi arahi...humhe bhi batao.." Sameer glared at him.

Shree gulped closing his mouth,..."kuch nahi sir!" He mumbled slowly but Sameer was not done..."kuch nahi...toh hassi kis baat par arahi shree....koi chote bache nahi ho ki bina matlab ke hass rahe hoh tum...aur mei dekhraha ki tumhara attention case par nahi kahi aur hain..."

"Woh..sir!" Shree mumbled slowly trying to explain but he was not given chance. "Chup raho.....aur kaam pe focus karo.....warna mujhse bura koi nahi hoga."

Shree became sad listening to his scolding silently looked into his laptop...he understands his brother is frustated but still felt bad.

Arjun who was observing them both interferred...."Rathod...bas karo...apna gussa kyu uss par nikhal rahe hoh."

Sameer tried to glare at him but Arjun ignoring him, "tumlog batao kya khusur pusur horahi tum teenon ke beech." He asked looking at three as he observed their interaction.

"Hum bhi case ke baremei hih baat karrahe Arjun....lekin Sameer bina baat sunne Shree ko daanth diya." Sakshi replied in tight voice glaring at Sameer's direction.

"Acha...toh humhe bhi batao ...aisa kya baat horahi ki Shree ko hasna pada." Sameer glared at her.

"Important woh nahi... important yeh ki humhe clue milsakthe..." Sakshi replied confidently.

"Aur woh kaise..."

"Nadiya!!!"

Hearing the name all got suprised. Ayesha looking at the team..."Haa mei bhi bhulgayi iskebaaremei....agar mei Nadiya Bankar javungi toh humhe kuch na kuch information jarur milegi."

Arjun went in deep thought...."Nahi ..tum aisa kuch nahi karogi." Sameer yelled glaring at trio.

"Par kyu? Agar mei Nadiya Bankar javungi toh humhe clue milsakthe...shayad case bhi solve hojata." Ayesha asked looking at him.

"Meine keh diya....tum nahi javogi matlab nahi....bas baat khatam." Sameer replied sternly.

"Par...sir!" Ayesha frowned not understanding him...Sameer showing his hand..."Ispar koi discussion nahi Ayesha....yeh mera ETF cheif ka order hain."

The team looked at him in confusion, Sakshi glancing at Arjun who was silent, thought..." Yeh kuch bolta kyu nahi..." and seceretly messaged him.

Arjun opening the message saw..."Arjun...aap kuch bolthe kyu nahi...samjaov na bhai ko...ki woh Ayesha ki baat manjaye." And replied her.

Sakshi opened her phone..."mei kuch nahi bolsaktha...Sam apne jagah sahi hain...yeh risky hoga aur woh Ayesha ko khatre mei nahi dalsaktha....jaise mei tumhe aise situation mei nahi jaanedeta waise hih tumhara bhai usko rokh raha hain."

Reading it...she shook her hand due to their protectiveness. Sam-jun left the team asking them to look for another way. After their exit..."Yeh Rathod sir ko kya hogaya...itna gussa kyu horrahe...aur Ayesha ko bhi mana kardiya bina uske baat sunne." Riya said to the team.

"Haa..woh meri baat sunne keliye tyaar hih nahi." She replied dejectdly.

"Areh....Ayesha samjo na....Rathod sir issliye manakarrahe kyunki unhe tumhari chinta hain...woh tumhari care kartha hai." Chotu teased from his place, which made her blush slightly.

"Par abh hum kya kare ....yeh rasta bhi bandh hogai." Shree mumbled slamming his head on the laptop dramatically.

Sighing at his reaction, Sakshi turned her attention towards Ayesha..."Ek baat bata tu yeh karna chahti hoh."

"Haa...par Rathod sir!" She fumbled with her words.

"Sameer ki chodo...tum karna chahti hoh na..." On seeing her nod, sakshi said..." Toh bas apni mann ki sunno....aur jaakar Sameer se baat karo...unko tasali dho ki tum yeh handle karsakthi hoh...tum apne balpar yaha tak ayi hoh aur bahut kuch hasil bhi kiye hoh....bas apne par vishwaas rakho aur Sameer se baat karo....woh maan jayega." In confident manner.

Listening to her she nodded and got up to go towards Sameer's cabin.

"Ayesha....ek baar socho...Rathod sir bahut gusse honge. Sakshi toh abhi abhi ayi lekin tum toh jante hoh na unke gussa ko." Riya said worridely.

"Nahi .Riya..... Sakshi sahi toh kehrahi...mujhe Sir se baat karni hai...unko yeh vishwaas dena hain ki mei yeh karsakthi huh." Replying to her Ayesha went from there.

Knocking on the door....she went inside and saw him studying details, "Sir.."

"Ayesha...agar tum wahi baat karni ayi toh chale jaov...mera mood nahi tumhse behaas karne keliye." Sammer said without looking at her.

"Par...sir...ek baar meri baat toh suniye na...mei kya kehna chahti." Said she slowly.

"Kya kehni hain tumhe...ek baar kehne par baat samaj nahi athi kya." Sameer yelled in frustation looking at her.

Anyone would have flinched at his voice but She stood with firm expression..." Sir...aap mujhe par chillaye..gussa hojaye lekin mei apke samne meri baat jarur rakhungi..."

"I know ki aap mujhe Mana karrahe kyunki yeh risky hain...par sir...humhara kaam hih toh risk ka hai...Hardin koi na koi aise situations athe hih rehthe...iska matlab yeh nahi ki...hum apna farz na nibhaye...mei apna zimmedari puri karna chahti huh...aap pls mujhe mat rokhiye...mujhe khudko sambhalna athi hain...yeh aapko bhi pata hain." She said at a time without taking a breath.

Sameer looked at her in suprise as when she started talking like that...but still he analysed her words...but the reason for his denial is he couldn't see her in danger....but knew she won't accept easily..."theek hain...tum jaa sakthi lekin ek sharat par." He sighed bringing a smile on her face. She nodded at his demand and went thanking him.

Seeing her smiling face...all understood that she succeeded.

Late at night Ayesha went in Nadia getup to nab the dealer...while chotu followed her discreetly. At the end of the lane...A black SUV was parked in which Shree and Sameer were waiting for them.

Otherside Arjun, Sakshi, Liza and Riya were investigating other case which fell into ETF suddenly.

"Liza...body ko lab leke jao aur mujhe pura report chahiye humhara wapas anetak." Arjun ordered her who nodded and went from there.

Riya went to take notes while Arjun was inspecting the crime scene. "Waise Sameer kaise mangaya Ayesha ki baat."

"Kaise ka matlab kya Arjun...........Ayesha bas apni baat rakhi bhai ke samne....kya aap nahi maante agar mei aisa kuch karna chahti." Sakshi asked him.

"Nahi sakshi...bilkul nahi....Mei tumhe aisa koi kaam karne nahi dunga...jismei tum par koi bhi risk hoga....." Arjun replied firmly going towards the vehicle.

"Par..Arjun...agar aisa koi baat huyi...jismei mujhe risk lena padegi...toh mei jarur lungi."

"Agar tumne aisa kuch kiya...toh mujhse bura koi nahi hoga...Sakshi..yaad rakhna tum." Arjun finalised his words sitting inside the vehicle.

Sakshi pouting at him, "Hey dewa! Inka kuch nahi hosaktha..." She mumbled watching his serious face.

Suddenly her phone rang ....seeing the caller ID she glanced at him nervously,...."Arjun....mujhe ek important call lena hain...mei abhi athi huh." While he nodded with much thought, so she moved from there so he could not listen her voice.

Coming to side she lifted the call..."call kyu kiya .........kaha na agar important nahi toh call mat karna." hissing slowly at the person.

Hearing from other side the person said something which shocked her....she silently listened to the person while her eyes became very hard..."Koi bhi Arjun, Shree aur bhai tak nahi paunchna chahiye....naahi unka relation tak." Her voice was very strong....that no one can believe she is same chirpy girl who never ceases to smile.

"Abh...mei rakthi huh....apna dyaan rakho." Saying she ended the call. Coming back she saw Arjun and Riya waiting for her...sat in backseat as Riya took passenger seat.

Arjun started the car....but his concentration was on Sakshi who was silent staring outside...understood something is bothering her and that was related to the phone call she got.

They reached office and noticed others had already returned asked, "Case ko koi clue mile.." he asked them.

"Haa....bahut kuch mila Rawte, interrogation karna baki hain...chalo mere saath." Sameer replied asking Arjun to follow him.

Both went to interrogate the person whom they nabbed with Ayesha help....while team saw it from window.

Arjun and Sameer fired questions but the person didnot open his mouth. He just smirked at them, "Kuch nahi karpovage ACP saheb...tumlog kabhi asli baadshah tak nahi paunchpayega."

His words only encouraged fury from them....Arjun grabbing him tightly kept gun in his mouth to scare him, "Batao....kaun hain iss drugs ke peeche....kiske kehne par yeh drugs supply horaha hain."

"Arjun Rawte.... bahut badi galti karrahe hoh.......iski saza tum jaan gavake chukoge." Before anyone could react.....a slap echoed inside shocking every member, who looked at the person in shock.

"Sakshi..." A whisper escaped from Arjun. It was her who couldnot control herself listening to the warning he gave to her Arjun.

Slapping him one more time, "kya kaha tum.......hum uss insaan tak kabhi nahi paunchpayengi....yehi na....toh sunno, joh tujhe orders diya jiska naam tum nahi lerahe hoh woh kaun hain mei janti huh." She hissed which shocked him and also others.

"Sakshi...tum jaante hoh...woh kaun hain." Sameer asked urgently.

Turning to him, Sakshi avoided looking at Arjun..."Ha...Sameer! Mujhe kuch samai pehle hih pata chali ki kaun hain insab ke peeche."

"Kaun hain...sakshi, aur tum abhi tak chup kyu thi." Sameer asked her.

Before she could answer him, she connected to Shree turning towards window...." Chotu....ander ake issko lejaov aur achise khatir dari karo....humhare ETF second in command ko dhamkane keliye and Shree tum .....sab microphones off karo." She ordered him which confused everyone.

"Yeh sakshi aisa kounsi baat karnewali ki joh humhe nahi batasakhti....shree tum kuch off mat karo." Riya whispered from beside.

Shree who noticed the look on her face knew she is serious and wanted to talk something important...at the sametime Sameer gave order to off the microphones to which Shree nodded, "Sorry guys...sir ka orders hain." and disconnected all microphones except his bluetooth one not to be left out....but no one knows that. All looked curiously through the window though they couldn't listen to them.

Inside Chotu dragged the person from there keavjbg the three......once sakshi confirmed no one was listening opened her mouth, "issliye nahi batayi kyunki mujhe Arjun ki chinta horrahi thi...bhai! Pata nahi gusse mei kya karenge. yeh soch kar kuch nahi batayi lekin jab yeh Arjun ko damkaya toh rokh nahi karpayi mei."

"Kaun hain......Sakshi." Arjun asked her directly.

"Aap pehle wada kijiye ki aap gussa nahi honge aur naahi kuch karenge." Sakshi asked looking at him but Arjun didnot say anything, sighing at him she said. "Insab ke peeche koi aur nahi... Pathanlaala hain...wahi patan jisko Arjun ander karwaya." and was not suprised when Arjun shouted at her. "Issab ke peeche Pathan tha...aur tum mujhe nahi batayi....usko toh mei chodunga nahi."

"Issi karan mei kuch nahi batayi.....aap apna gussa ko kabhu mei rakhiye. Humhare paas koi sabhoot nahi kyunki sabke nazar mei woh jail mei hain aur humhare paas koi link nahi usko iss case se judnekeliye." Sakshi tried to calm him.

"Sakshi...sach kehrahi Arjun, hum kuch nahi karsakthe." Sameer whispered dejectdly.

"Bas ....mujhe kuch nahi sunna hain. Uss pathan ko apni asli aukhaat mei jarur dikhadunga." Arjun replied angrily glaring at them and walked away.

"Issliye nahi batani thi mujhe Arjun...aap gusse mei kya karenge yeh sochkar.....par bhai yeh sab itni asaan nahi koi ander ke aadmi pathan ko help karrahe aur bina koi sabooth se hum kuch nahi karsakthe." Sakshi whispered slowly.

Outside no one could understand anything but they concluded that Arjun left very angrily and the look on Sameer face said that he is also very angry but at sametime had dejection and sadness. They could not notice Sakshi teary face as she had her back faced towards them....except Shree who is boiling in rage as he listened to everyword she said. Pathan lal the person whom Arjun nabbed two times...who can give them the lead to their biggest enemy....but due to their hands tied with justice they couldn't do anything other than sending him to jail...he knew his brother anger is justified.
