If they will expose her how will KeerTi's relationship will progress ? Then KT will be like OH Nandini was a bad women let me love Preeti ji now which makes no sense to describe certain emotions certain situations are required ..

Sometimes love takes the form of obsession, so maybe KT loved her to that extent and it was his first love too. But I don't think he was loved back the same way. With Preeti he'll actually understand what love is all about
