prologue

Ishita was sleeping in her room peacefully when her mihika comes there she looks at ishita

Mihika : akka get up

I: mihiku just two minutes please

Mi : akka jaldi karo aap late ho rahi ho aaj aapke college ka first day hai

(akka get ready you are getting late for college today is your first day)

She said while ishita got up listing this

I: oh shit main to bhool hi gayi thi mihiku main first day hi late ho jaaugi ab kya hoga

( oh shit i forget about it mihika i will get late on first day only now what will happen?)

Mi : akka relax aap please jaldi se jaake ready ho jao

( akka please relax go and get ready)

She said while ishita got up and went to get ready

After sometime

Ishita was getting ready when amma sister comes there

Amma: ishu tum jitni bhi kossish karlo tum achi nahi lag sakti jab tak tumhara weight kam nahi hota maine tumse kitni baar kaha hai dieting kiya karo par tum meri baat to sunti nahi ho tumhara weight badta jaa rha hai agar aisa hi chalta raha naa to koi tumse shadi nahi karega sirf padhai mai ache hone se kuch nahi hota tumhe apni looks pe bhi dhyan dena chaiye zara mihika ko dekho wo apni looks ka kitna khyal rakhti hai pata nahi tumhe kab samjh aayegi ye baat

( ishu how much ever you try you can't look good until you lose some weight i told you so many times to do dieting but you don't listen to me and if this continues then no one will marry you only being good in studies is not enough you should also look good just look at mihika she is so good looking she took care of herself but don't know when will you understand this)

She said while ishita feels bad listing this

Mi: amma aap ne phir se start kar diya

(amma you started it again)

Amma: mihika tum chap karo tum nahi jaanti shadi karte samay ye sab bhot important hota hai ek ladki ke liye uski look bhot zaroori hoti hai isko aise dekh ke koun passand karega isko agar iski shadi nahi hogi to teri bhi nahi hogi main ye sab iske ache ke liye hi bol rahi hoon par tumhe aur tumhare appa ko meri baat ka bura lagta hai to jo karna hai karo

( mihika just shut up you don't know all this matters a lot to get married for a girl her looks matters the most and no one will like her in this way i am saying this for her good but you and your appa always feel bad whatever i say so do whatever you want to do)

She said and leaves from there ishita looked herself in mirror

I: mihika amma is right kitni moti hoon main kitni gandi dikhti hoon college mai bhi sab mera mazak udayege jaise hamesha udate the pata nahi main kaise manage karugi main kabhi apne sapne pure kar bhi paaugi ya nahi?

( mihika amma is right i am not good looking everyone in college will make fun of me like everyone does how will i manage everything? How will i fulfill my dreams?)

She thought while her eyes get moist

Mi: akka don't worry please ye sab maat socho you are the best akka and you know that

She said and hugs her while she smiles

Raman got ready to go the college her mother comes there

R: mom kaisa lag raha hoon main?

( mom how i am looking?)

T: mera puttar hamesha ki tarah bhot hi sohna lag rha hai

( my son is looking handsome as always)

R: wo to lagna hi hai raman bhalla naam hai mera college ki sab ladkiya dewani hai meri

( i have to look handsome my name is raman bhalla all girls in the college are mad about me)

He said proudly

T: haa puttar tu hai hi itna acha tu dekhna tere liye main lakho mai se ek ladki doodhugi

( yes beacuse you are really good and i will get the best girl for you)

R: maa jo ladki meri life mai aayegi naa wo bhot special hogi aisi ladki jisko sab dekhte reh jaye bhot hi khoobsurat bilkul mere takar ki

( mom that girl will be very special who will come in my life she will be very beautiful just the way i like)

He was saying when mr bhalla comes there

Mr bhalla: tum bas sapne hi dekhte rehna jiss tarah tumhari harakte hai koi ladki tumhe passand nahi karegi

( just keep dreaming the way you are behaving no girl will like you)

Mr bhalla: toshi ji mujh par maat chailye apne puttar ko samjhao fail ho gya hai ye iss saal bhi first year mai hi rahega aapka ladla wo bhi iske unn doston ki wajeh se

( toshi ji don't shout at me made your son understand this he got fail this time and now he will be in first year again and this happening beacuse of his friends)

T: bhalla ji rehne do naa bacha hai agli baar mehnat karega aur paas ho jayega

( bhalla ji calm down he will get pass next year by working hard)

R: aur papa please mere doston ke bare mai kuch maat kahiye wo meri jaan hai agar mujhe koi samjhta hai to wo mere dost hai aur don't worry apni mba complete karne ke baad mai aapka office join karuga aur aapko dikhauga ki main kya hoon

( yes papa please don't say all this for my friends they are my life only they understand me and after completing my mba i will join your office then i will show you what i can do)

He said with attitude looking at his father

Mr bhalla: dekha toshi ji apne puttar ko

( just look at your so toshi ji)

R: maa main jaa rha hoon college mere dost mera intzaar kar rahe honge

( mom i am going to college my friends must be waiting for me)

He said and leaves from there

Mr bhalla: toshi ji dekha usko mujhe bhot fikar ho rahi hai iski apne doston ki wajeh se ye apni zindagi naa barbad karle kaash kuch aisa ho jisse raman sudhar jaye

( toshi ji just look at him i am really worried for him he will destroy his life beacuse of his friends i wish something happen and he will change)

T: aap chinta maat karo bhalla ji sab thik hoga

( don't worry everything will be fine)

She said while mr bhalla nodded

Ishita returns from college and directly went to her room mihika tries to stop her but she didn't listen to her so mihika also went behind her

Mi: kya hua akka? Aapka first day kaisa tha college mai

( what happen akka? How was your first day in college?)

I: maat puch mihiku sach mai aaj ka din bhot hi bura tha

( don't ask me mihiku it was really bad day today)

Mi: kyu akka aisa kya hua?

( why akka what happen?)

She said while ishita looks at her

I: waha college mai kuch ladke the mera mazak uda rahe the aur unn mai se ek ladka to sach mai bhot batmiz tha aur mera usse jaghra ho gya

( some boys were making fun of me in college and one of them was really rude and i had a fight with him)

Mi: what?

I: haa mihiku mujhe itna gussa aa rha hai naa uss par i can't tell you

( yes mihiku i am so angry i can't tell you)

Mi: akka just relax aap please apna mood khrab maat karo uske wajeh se

( akka just relax please don't spoil your mood beacuse of him)

I: you are right uski wajeh se main apna mood kyu khrab karu? Waise bhi maine bhi usko ache se jawab diya ab wo himmat nahi karega dobara mere saath batmizi karne ki

( you are right why should i spoil my mood beacuse of him? And i gave him nice answer now he will not dare to trouble me again)

Mi: am really proud of you akka aapne bina dare hue situation ka saamna kiya aur ab kisi ki himmat nahi hogi meri akka ko pareshan karne ki

( am really proud of you akka you faced the situation without any fear now no one can dare to trouble you again)

She said making ishita smile

Mi: now change your mood please main aapke liye coffe bana ke laati hoon

She said while ishita smiles and nodded

Ishita was getting ready for college when appa comes there

Appa: ishu

Ishita looks at him and smiles she went towards him and hugs him

I: good morning appa

Appa: good morning ishu college jaane ke liye ready ho?

( are you ready to go the college?)

I: haa appa abhi thodi der mai vandu aati hi hogi main

( yes appa vandu will come in sometime)

Appa: ishu main chatha hoon tum ache se dil laga kar padho tumhe kisi bhi baat ki fikar karne ki zaroort nahi hai agar tumhe kabhi bhi kisi help ki zaroort ho to mujhe bata dena tumahre appa hamesha tumhare saath hai

( ishu i want you to concentrate on studies and don't take any kind of stress if you need any help you can tell me your appa is always with you)

He said while ishita smiles looking at him

I: i know appa thank you so much

She said and hugs him while appa smiles looking at her

After sometime

Ishita and vandu reach college

I: vandu jaldi chal we are already late

They both were towards classroom ishita bangs with someone

R: andhi ho kya dikhayi nahi deta?

( are you blind can't you see?)

Ishita looked at raman and made a face

I: vandu let's go

R: oh hello i am talking to you

I: but i don't want to talk to you

R: ek to tumne sorry bhi nahi kaha aur uper se attitude dikha rahi ho

( instead of saying sorry you are showing attitude)

I: galti meri nahi tumhari hai tum raste mai khade ho

( it was not my fault you are standing on my way)

R: tum mujhse aake takrayi main nahi samjhi aur ek baat yaad rakhna tum iss college mai nayi aayi ho aur main ek saal se iss college mai hoon iss hisab se main tumhara senior hoon to mujhse batmizi se baat maat karna iss college mai sab jaante hai jo bhi raman bhalla se panga leta hai naa uska kya haal hota hai

( you banged with me not me ok and remmber one thing you are new in this college and i am here from last one year so i am your senior so talk me with respect no one in this college dare to stand against me)

He said while ishita looks at him

I: oh really to tum mujhe dhamki de rahe ho main nahi darti tumse samjhe tum shyad bhot bade gunde hoge par ye college hai jaha sabhi students equal hai aur agar maine tumhari complaint principal se kardi naa tum soch bhi nahi sakte tumhra kya hoga iss liye mujhe darne se acha hai apni padhayi par dhyan do

( oh really you are blackmailing me? I am not afraid of you do you get that every student in this college is equal i can complaint against you to the principal so stay away from me and concentrate on your studies ok)

She said making him angry

R: how dare you?

V: ishu let's go

Ashok and sunny also comes there and looks at raman

A: kya hua raman?

( what happen raman?)

Ishita and vandu leaves from there

S: raman uss ladki ne phir kuch kaha kya?

( raman did she said something to you?)

R: mujhe samjh nahi aa rha ye ladki khood ko samjhti kya hai

( i don't understand what she thinks of herself?)

A: raman tujhe kuch karna chaiye iss ladki ki itni himmat nahi ho sakti ki wo tumhari insult kar sake

( raman you should do something she can not insult you)

R: you are right ashok isko sabak sikhana hoga

( i have to teach her a lesson)

He said while ashok smiles evilly

After sometime raman went to the class with his friends and his eyes were only on ishita

After class gets over everyone went out while raman planned something with his friends to take revenge from ishita

Ishita was sitting in library with vandu when a boy comes to her

B: excuse me ishita tumhe professor ne lab mai bulaya hai

( excuse me ishita professor called you in the lab)

He said while ishita looks at him

I: mujhe

V: ishu chalo chal ke dekhte hai

( ishu let's go and check)

I: nahi vandu tum jahi raho main dekhti hoon

( no vandu you stay here i will go)

She said while vandu nodded while ishita leaves from there

Ishita went to the room which that boy told him and there was no one it was all dark there she turned and saw the boy was not there

I: jaha to koi bhi nahi hai

( nobody is here)

She said looking around someone locked the door from outside ishita got scared she went towards door

I: ye door kisne lock kiya? Koi hai please open the door

( who locked the door? Please someone open the door)

She said knocking the door

I: koi hai please help

She was banging the door when someone put hand on her shoulder she gets scared and look back and saw very scary face she got scared and shouted loudly in fear while that person start laughing loudly making her scared she tried to run away from there but another scary face appeared in front of her making her scare to no end

I: koi hai please help

She said almost crying she turns her face to another side and gets shocked seeing same face again she looked around and found three persons with scary face looking like ghost she got scared very badly seeing all this

I: help

She shouted for help crying and close her eyes in fear while they all were laughing looking at her and lights gets on while they removed masks from there face while ishita gets shocked seeing raman and his friends they all are laughing looking at her

I: tum

R: kya hua daar gayi? Kya bol rahi thi main nahi darti ab kya hua? Hum to bas mazak kar rahe the

( what happen you got scared? What was you saying that you are not scared of anyone we are just joking)

He said looking at her

A: tum itne se mazak se daar gayi bache bhi itni asani se nahi darte

( you got scared with a small joke even kids don't get scared so easily)

S: mujhe to laga tha ki ye nahi daregi par dekho to zara iska chera

( i thought she will not get scared but look at her face)

He said while they all laugh looking at her while ishita was shocked seeing all this

I: you all are disgusting

R: arey itna gussa kyu ho rahi ho? It was just a prank tum hamare college mai nayi aayi ho hamari nayi classmate ho ye to bas tumhara welcome karne ka ek tarika tha hum tumhari ragging nahi kar rahe the so calm down

( why are you getting so angry? It was just a prank you are new in our college you are our new classmate this was just a way to welcome you we are not doing ragging so calm down)

A: aur tumhe khush hona chaiye humne tumhare saath sirf prank kiya warna jo tumne harkat ki naa raman ke saath uske baad to tumhe hum acha sabak sikhate

( and you should be happy we played only a prank on you otherwise what you did with raman we can teach you a nice lesson)

R: ab kya hua jhansi ki rani? Ab nahi jaghra karogi bhot shonk hai naa tumhe ladne ka ab kya hua tum to bhot darpok nikli sachi chalo hum tumhe bhar tak chod dete hai

( what happen jhansi ki rani? Don't you want to fight with me again you are a coward really come we will take you out)

He said while ishita slaps him hard making him and his friends shocked

I: don't you dare to touch me samjhte kya ho tum khood ko? Bhot maza aata hai ladkiyon ko pareshan karne mai mujhse badla lene ke liye ye sab kiya naa par isse tum logo ki ghaitya soch ke bare mai pata chalta hai ki tum ladkiyon ki kitni respect karte ho ek akeli ladki ko aise jhoot bol ke room mai bula ke usko aise drane se tumhari himmat nahi dikhayi deti isse pata chalta hai ki tum log kitne gahitya ho mujhse badla lene ke liye tumne ye mazak kiya par tumko idea bhi hai ki mujh par kya guzari hogi

( don't you dare to touch me what do you think of yourself? You love to tease girls you did all this to take revenge from me but it shows your disgusting thinking about girls you don't know how to respect girls you call me in this room to scared me for your stupid revenge but it shows you are so disgusting you can't even imagine what i am feeling right now)

She said looking at him angrily

I: but tum logo se ye baat karna bekar hai tum kisi ki feelings ko nahi samjh sakte bhot khush ho naa mujhe dara kar ab satisfied ho naa apna badla lekar?

( but i should not say all this to you beacuse you guys don't care about anyone's feelings are you guys happy now you took your revenge from me)

She said and wipes her tears

A: how dare you tumne raman pe haath uthaya i will not leave you

( how dare you to slap raman i will not leave you)

He was saying when professor comes there

P: kya ho rha hai jaha pe? Tum sab kya kar rahe ho jaha?

( what is happening here? What are you all doing here?)

He said while raman and his friends gets shocked seeing him vandu also comes there

V: ishu kya hua tum thik ho naa?

( ishu what happen are you fine?)

She said while ishita hugs vandu crying and told her everything making her shocked

P: i can't believe it raman tum sab log aisa kuch kar sakte ho

( i can't believe you guys can do all this)

He said while raman looks down and some students also gathered there

R: sorry sir

P: sorry mujhe nahi ishita ko kaho

( say sorry to ishita)

He said while raman looks at ishita

R: i am sorry

P: mujhe laga tha tum log sudhar jaaoge but aaj tum logo ne bhot galat kiya ishita ke saath just look at her kitni dar gayi hai wo

( i thought you guys will learn something from your mistakes but today what you did with ishita was really wrong just look at her she is so scared)

A: sir humne bas chota sa prank kiya tha

( sir we just did a prank)

P: just shut up ashok main tum logo ko aakhri warning de raha hoon aaj ke baad agar tum logo ne aisi koi bhi harkat ki to tum dekhna aaj ke baad tum log ishita se door rahoge warna mujhe tum logo ke khilaf action lena padega aur iss baar raman ke father bhi tum logo ko nahi bacha payege do you get that?

( just shut up ashok i am giving you last warning if you guys did anything wrong again then i will not leave you just stay away from ishita otherwise i have to take strict action against you and then raman's father will also not able to save you all)

He said scolding them while they looks down and professor leaves from there

V: ishu let's go from here

She said while ishita nodded and they both leaves from there

A: aaj iss ladki ki wajeh se phir se hamari insult hui sir ne hume sabke saamne danta aur usne tum par haath bhi uthaya raman

( today beacuse of this girl we got insulted again sir scolded us in front of everyone and she even slapped you)

S: haa raman usne itna kuch kaha tumhe thappad mara aur tumne kuch nahi kaha tum to kabhi apni insult bardash nahi kar sakte what's wrong with you?

( yes raman she slapped you and you didn't say anything to her no one can dare to insult you like this how can you let her go so easily what's wrong with you?)

He said while raman looks at him

R: let it be shayd humne hi kuch zada kar diya

( let it be i think it was really our mistake )

A: raman are you serious? Ek ladki ne tum par haath uthaya aur tumne usko aise hi jaane diya agar main hota naa to usko ussi whakt thapad marta raman kisi ko haak nahi hai tumhari insult karne ka bhoolo maat tum raman kumar bhalla ho tum itni asani se sab kuch nahi bhool sakte socho raman iss incident ke baad college mai tumhari izzat ka kya hoga? Uss ladki ki wajeh se sab khrab ho jayega raman

( raman are you serious? That girl slapped you and you let her go so easily if i am at your place then i will also slap her back raman no one can insult you like this just think of your respect raman beacuse of that girl everything will get spoiled)

He said while raman looks at him

Vandu made ishita sit on the chair and made her drink water

V: ishu just relax mujhe vishwas nahi ho rha hai unn ladko ne tumhare saath ye sab kiya mujhe to shak tab hi ho gya tha jab maine professor ko library mai aate hue dekha maine unse pucha aur unho ne kaha ki unho ne tumhe nahi bulaya phir main unke saath aayi waha tumhe dekhne kyunki mujhe laga tha ki kuch gadbad hai

( ishu just relax i can't believe it those boys did all this with you i got the doubt when i saw the professor in the library and i asked him and he said that he didn't call you and then i come there with him beacuse i thought that something is really wrong)

I: main bhot dar gayi thi vandu tum jaanti ho naa vandu uss incident ke baad maine khood ko kaise sambhala tha aaj unn logo ki wajeh se mujhe phir wo sab kuch yaad aa gya jo main yaad nahi karna chathi

( i was really scared vandu you know naa vandu how i handle myself after that incident i am still trying to forget that bad incident from my life and they reminded me of all that again)

She said crying while vandu was trying to console her

V: ishu please relax i can understand tum par kya beet rahi hai ab ye sab maat socho wo ladke sach mai bhot batmiz hai tum please unse door hi raho

( ishu please relax what are you going through now don't think all this please those boys are really disgusting you just stay away from them)

She said while ishita nodded

I: you are right vandu mujhe unse ab door hi rehna hoga waise bhi main kisi bhi wajeh se apni studies ko effect nahi hone dugi mujhe bas apni studies pe dhyan dena hai

( you are right vandu i have to stay away from them and i can't let my studies get effected beacuse of anyone i just want to concentrate on my studies)

She said and wipes her tears

V: chalo ab hum ghar chalte hai

( now let's go home)

She said while ishita nodded and they both leaves from there
