Note: I haven’t watched the recent episodes. So no idea what exactly is going on in the show. From the written updates I gathered that nobody is bothered about Prachi’s feelings. Saw a clip where Prachi is running away crying. This OS is written after that scene. Also based on a few suggestions I saw about Prachi’s death and people realizing her value.
Aliya Mehra felt like a queen right now. All her plans were a success and she couldn’t be happier. She could help but give a smug smile thinking how easy it was to manipulate her stupid niece and brother. She played a simple game and they are hurting the one person they claimed to love so much. She was indeed feeling proud of herself. But one thing or rather one person was worrying her too much. And that was Prachi Arora. She knew that Prachi won’t be bothered by her taunts nor will she fall for Aliya’s lies and manipulations. And this worried her very much. Another thing that bothered her was Ranbir’s immense love for Prachi. She was not a fool like the people around her. She knew perfectly well that Ranbir loved Prachi very much. She has seen that undying love many times... when he went to jail for Prachi, when he fought with his family for Prachi and very recently when he fought with cops for Prachi. Aliya knew that Ranbir won’t be able to stay away from Prachi for long. No matter what he promised his mother or what he planned to do, Ranbir’s love was way too deep to hurt Prachi or let her go. She knew that Ranbir and Prachi will be together again soon. And she, Aliya Mehra can’t let that happen. Ranbir is the key to keep that idiot Rhea in line. And more importantly she can’t see Prachi’s happiness. She needs to act fast before Ranbir and Prachi’s love destroyed her well laid plans. With that determination, she dialed a number.
He didn’t know why but he was getting extremely restless. But Ranbir’s heart knew that his Prachi was in danger. He had seen her running away, extremely hurt by that bet revelation. Her tears made him feel like somebody stabbed him multiple times. He realized that he couldn’t hurt Prachi no matter for what reason. To hell with his promise. He can’t let Prachi believe that their love was a farce. He needs to find Prachi and tell her the truth. He has had enough with people controlling his life. He won’t let anyone take away his Prachi from him. He is going to fight till the end for his love. He just hoped that he wasn’t too late to make this decision. With firm resolve he started looking for Prachi.
Ranbir has been searching for Prachi for long. He looked everywhere but he couldn’t find her. He saw Pragya coming towards him and decided to ask her about Prachi’s whereabouts.
Ranbir: Aunty, have you seen Prachi anywhere. I need to speak with her urgently.
Pragya looked at the young boy standing in front of her. She could clearly see that he was extremely worried for her daughter. Her daughter. A new sense dawned on her suddenly. She realized that she was so busy with her feelings that she forgot completely about her daughter. Suddenly Pragya felt angry at her husband, Rhea and most importantly at herself. She has been so focused to save a non-existent relationship that she ended up hurting the most important person in her life. NO, this was enough. She is done with the Mehras and their daily drama. She will find her daughter, apologize to her for hurting her and finally go back to Hoshiapur. She can’t let Prachi get hurt again and again because of these selfish people.
Pragya: No beta, I haven’t seen her for some time.
Pragya’s reply worried Ranbir even more. Where did Prachi go then? Pragya and Ranbir shared a worried glance when they realized that Prachi was missing.
Ranbir: Aunty I think Prachi is in danger. We need to find her fast.
Pragya nodded her head and dialed Shahana’s number.
Pragya: Shahana, is Prachi home?
Shana: No Maasi. Wasn’t she supposed to be with you at Mehra mansion?
Pragya: Yes Shahana. But I can’t find her here. So I thought that maybe she came home. Don’t worry. I will find her soon.
Pragya cut the call and looked at Ranbir who looked tensed too. Her daughter was missing. She needs to do something before it is too late. A sudden idea struck her.
Pragya: Ranbir, let’s check the CCTV footage. May bewe will spot her.
Ranbir nodded his head in agreement and both of them moved towards the CCTV room. On the way they met Abhi and Vikram and Ranbir informed them about the situation. All four of them decided to check the CCTV visuals to find Prachi.
What they saw scared all four of them. They saw a crying Prachi standing near the gate. All of a sudden a van came near her and two masked guys pulled her inside the van and sped away.
Ranbir felt like his world stopped for a moment. His Prachi was in danger and he was not there to help her. He has never hated himself so much. Pragya’s condition was no better. She saw her world collapsing around her. This felt like a repetition of what happened to her eldest daughter. But Pragya was determined to save Prachi. She is not going to lose another daughter. With that determination, she turned to Ranbir.
Pragya: Ranbir, call the police now. The number of the van is clearly visible. We will be able to trace its location soon.
Pragya looked at the young man who looked like he will break down any second. She patted his shoulder trying to comfort him.
Pragya: Now is not the time to fall weak Ranbir. We need to save Prachi.
Ranbir nodded his head weakly and he called the police.
They got a call from the police who managed to trace the van’s location. All of them rushed towards the said place. But the kidnappers got to know about this and tried to escape with Prachi. The chase ended near a cliff. The kidnappers were standing near the edge of the cliff with Prachi at gunpoint. All of the Mehras and Kohlis were also present.
Ranbir: Please let her go. I will give you whatever you want.
The kidnappers were about to reply but Aliya signed them to shoot Prachi. The leader of the gang nodded and turned towards Prachi and fired his gun. The bullet hit Prachi near her heart. The pain made her take a few steps backwards and she slipped and fell from the cliff.
Ranbir: PRACHIII
Ranbir tried to jump behind her but Vikram caught him on time. He kept struggling in Vikram’s hold. Finally, as energy drained and realization dawned, he collapsed on the ground. His Prachi was gone. He felt numbness take over him and every bit of life leaving him. Prachi was the air that he breathed. She was the life force that kept him alive. Now she was gone. He felt darkness seep inside him. He might be breathing but he was dead from inside.
Pragya felt like her world ended. She lost another daughter. The daughter who was her whole world. The daughter who motivated her to stay alive. The daughter for whom she lived. That daughter was gone now. And Pragya didn’t have anyone to blame but herself. She was the reason her daughter was gone. She neglected her daughter because of people who didn’t deserve her attention. May be she thought that no matter what she did Prachi will always be there with her. May be that’s why she tried to hold on to other people. But now she lost everything. Prachi, the most precious gift of her life was gone. Now she didn’t have any more reason to live. She felt a hand on her should and looked up to see her so-called husband standing near her.
The look Pragya gave him was scaring Abhi. It was not anger but pure hatred he saw in her eyes. Did he finally manage to make her hate him? He always took her for granted because he know she will always fight for him. But now he was not sure anymore. Prachi was gone and with her, Pragya was also gone. The woman standing in front of him was just a shell. Abhi didn’t know what to feel anymore. He lost another daughter and he didn’t know what to do. He just got Prachi back and now she was gone forever. Even when she was with him, he couldn’t give her the love and care she deserved. He blamed her and treated her as an unwanted burden. But now she was gone and he felt like a part of his heart died with her too.
Pallavi looked at everything happening around her with extreme pain. She know that she was also responsible for Prachi’s death. She hurt a pure soul like Prachi and now she even lost her chance to rectify her mistakes. She looked at her son who was staring at nothing. She knew that Ranbir is gone with Prachi too. Her selfishness took away not just Prachi’s life but her son’s life too. Pallavi Kohli felt utterly defeated and empty in that moment of realization.
Meanwhile, somewhere nearby… a heart was still beating… kept alive by the love for a man… by the determination to fight death for a man who loved her more than anything else in the world… who will be destroyed without her.
