Real life bad boys are just...bad 😡 IMO 😆 they aren't the "villain for the world, hero for his girl" kinds with secret hearts of gold. That's why us girls fall for the fairytale of the "I'll be the one to save/change him" trope...rarely in life is that a thing that happens.

And there ain't nobody like Veeranshu Singhania in the real world, more's the pity 😒

Veeranshu Singhania is too good to be true in real life. His flaws make him a relatable character but still it is fiction. We can find many like Rishi Singh Bedi but not even one like Veeranshu Singhania !

Veeranshu is too good to even be an ITV character 😆 pata nahin from where Mukta and co came up with a male lead who is leaps and bounds better than the best "good boys" and still technically a "bad boy" 😆 if for nothing else, credit to them for that, at least. And credit to Sharad for the way he's breathed life to that character who, on paper, could have ended up a cliche.

Man,, Sharad is a gem of an actor ! A superb actor can make a cliched character interesting just by his portrayal. Sharad has done exactly that - he went beyond the script, and created his own version of Veeranshu - that's what appears onscreen. It is a collaboration of the writing & the reader (Sharad).

For sure! This is the first time I've watched Sharad in anything (and tbh, from the clips I've seen of his previous shows, I don't think I would enjoy those characters, or would have been hooked the way I have been with Veer), and he's really a very nuanced and natural actor. Other actors could have done a competent job too, but a great actor elevates even the worst script. The cliché of the "bad boy" is so overdone that these days you see such characters on every show, and then almost always as carbon copies of each other: heavily bearded, leather-wearing, irreverent etc. It takes something special to elevate a character from that basic trope. Sharad has done that. The andaaz, the temperament, the little quirks he's brought to the character since day one are a big part of the reason Veeranshu is so loved. There have been times when I've watched alpha male leads on ITV shows and been like, "tell me again why I'm supposed to root for this guy to get the girl?"...but even when Veeranshu was portrayed as an out and out villain, I never felt that way (I'm discounting the Noor kaand here because yes, that annoyed me, but it was ep 1 and they were very clearly drawing some very broad strokes about who is the Villain™ and who is the Hero™. Thankfully they moved away from that very quickly). Absolutely all credit to Sharad for taking the words on the page and forming them into the character we see on screen. I'll always be glad I watched this show for that reason, because I finally saw a male lead who wasn't a frustrating cliché.

This is also the first time that I'm following Sharad on a TV show. He's an actor par excellence, I would definitely never regret watching this show for him. He's convincing enough to make me follow his works in the future because of the amazing ability to transform a paper character to a flesh & blood one. He is also a bit underrated IMO.

Even not being totally under control, his protective instinct shot up the moment that bottle fell!❤️ Even I felt the mirror scene was quite genuine! He loves her like anything and more than ogling I would say he was quite taken a back seeing her like that! Ofc, he would have felt the pull towards her in that moment! He has also craved for her for quite a long time! But the next second he tore his gaze, as soon as he realised what he was doing! Like a gentleman!😳

I feel, that sip really made bani tipsy!😆 She was smiling the whole time since then! Cheeky one though!😳😆

This completely! That scene was well done in terms of the urge of emotions and decency. It was the highlight of what was going to happen 😆

True that :) Sharad has done a brilliant job :) he has made us fall in love with Veeranshu. The way he acts just the simple things like voice modulation in different scenes..the passion, anger, frustration, joy, crookedness he shows all this in the way he delivers his dialogues:) simply awesome :)

His demeanour when he is talking to bani n when he is talking to jai or papa cheel it’s so nice to watch :)

Yes I have seen his previous work when he was playing a mentally challenged person but the improvement in his overall performance has increased tremendously. He is custom made for such roles :)
