Yeah because Jiah actually left a suicide note behind where she actually implicated Sooraj unlike SSR who did not even leave any kind of note behind.

I mean how hard is that to decipher? https://i.ibb.co/VHqymgJ/eb-rolleyes.gif

It’s not easy and it’s not everybody’s cup of tea.. even if you make it to the top people will hate and criticise you no matter how many fans you have. I’m inclined to say that he had it easier than women in the industry though they were star kids. People are hating and critical of star kids who aren’t even adults, they have easier in someways but there are several disadvantages and problems that come along with it too, but as they say, the grass is always greener on the other side.

Forget Bollywood, people everywhere will make you feel you are lesser.. even in corporate world people play politics and take your hard work away. All this fussing over being “left out” and “ignored” is bullshit. If you are a decent person, good people will respect and befriend you.

❤️ Alakh!!! 👏👏

Just because partiality and bullying have become a normal part of life and happens majorly everywhere,it doesn't make it right.Being bullied especially when you get started out kills you from within and makes you lose all your confidence.Traumatic to the core. The trauma just stays with you lifelong. You can't just shake it off, especially when you are more on the emotional side. You will never know the pain of being given the silent treatment and being illtreated by colleagues and seniors unless you actually face it.And soft spoken people only normally get bullied most of the time, not the oversmart ones. And to hell with"Be strong, its normal and a part of life".Weak are the sick people who bully and normalise it.Bullies and gossip mongers spreading false news which affects a person are just pathetic. Not that it is going to change tbh.The world in which we live in is truly insensitive.

Mental health awareness is not only restricted to correct diagnosis,it also comes to being more empathetic and kind to people in general and curbing the toxicity which aggravates it.

This.

Unless you don't lose someone your own to this bully culture, you don't get it. It's easier to preach.

Being on the receiving end of this trash and dealing with the repercussione of it, I completely understand what you are saying.

It ain't about the 'patient' alone to deal with a crisis but also the society in general. But let it be.

We lack empathy and that's something majority are extremely proud off, to an extent we go any measures to defend people and practices and normalise it.

If you are worthy, you will achieve it. Is the biggest myth. Had it been the case, world would have been a much better place to live in :)

Wtf?

What do they expect, her to be in mourning for the rest of her life? She Has a partner and a life of her own. Bet she’s regretting going out babbling nonsense before she knew the complete truth.

Bullies seem to have an inbuilt target for soft sensitive souls -especially if they're loners or someone new to the game. What makes it worse is that others either join in or pretend not to see it happening and thereby condoning it. Our society need to embrace empathy and kindness more and become a little less selfish.

Right but still she had it coming since she was practically asking for it. I truly wish she kept a dignified silence throughout the entire tamasha...but nope she didn't.

Then I am sorry you may not be aware of how bullying of adult people effect them. Being a family of someone who lost a relative to office politics, I think I do believe workplace harrasment does f*** your mind. Not saying Sushant went through it, but I was objecting to the statement. Which probably I might have concluded wrongly. Apologies if I did.

I am not talking about any speculation but going by Abhishek Kapoor, kriti Sanon, and many others who knew him personally talked about. I am talking about myself who unfollowed him and cursed him over me-too. I am talking about not even a mere mention of his existence in Kedarnath when he was the one giving his heart and soul. I am talking about shelving or replacement even when posters were out. I am talking about writing him as an unworthy outsider. I am talking about him being called as overachiever. I am talking about him being called a skirt chaser. Whether someone accepts it or not, amongst all his generation, he was on receiving end for many things. No mention of him being a part of women empowerment, no mention of his charities, no mention of education initiatives, no mention of his courteous behaviour albeit, an arrogant problematic outsider.

With 5/8 hits, he was still called names but others are called young achievers with almost every other flop film.

Gradual dismantling of a healthy mind.

That's what they said.

Not to forget, there are external triggers that lead to depression and other issues and inna World so reluctant towards mental health, it becomes extremely hard to deal with it.

I am not blaming anyone for his death. Nor do I support blind blamegame. But acknowledgment of triggers is important imo.

Both, they as a fraternity and us as an audience. ❤️

And family be a little more acceptable of mental health.

I’m sorry for your loss.. I agree harassment is real, but I don’t see any harassment in his case, other than defamation, but if they are untrue and affected him, there’s a legal course that can be followed. Hritik did the same, remember Kangana left no stone unturned to humiliate him and accuse him every chance she got.

But how is not getting invited to parties harassment? I see people complain about not being in the ‘in crowd’.

To me it always looked like he was lonely and he never got over loosing his mother at a tender age.

That’s true.. but somehow I feel that he was sensitive but he surely wasn’t foolish. He was in the industry long enough.. itni akkal aa jati h age ke saath.. he did manage to get movies, hardly anyone is as successful in making such a transition in a cut throat industry. All this requires people skills which he had.

His depression was from far deep rooted issues. These things may have triggered but can’t say if they are 100% responsible...
