Are Pakhi's parents justified for being mad at Virat?

The moment Pakhi told her dad that she loves Virat and wants to marry him, he supported her and asked Virat's decision. She was ready to leave everything but he said he can't be with her as he can't see his family get hurt. That's the reason he has given them. So according to them, Virat is someone who doesnt go against his family, ever.

Now, all of a sudden, they get to know that he got married without informing his family. Not just that, he's supporting his wife going against his family. So according to them, whatever reason he gave earlier to break up with Pakhi are not true. Yes, we all know the backstory, but for them, he is someone who wronged their daughter.

I know they are not completely correct. But if you see, they have never reprimanded their daughter for whatever she did. They didn't even explain her how wrong it is, to get married just so that she can stay close to her 'love'. From their perspective, had he not taken that decision, Pakhi would be getting all the support instead of Sai. Also, given the fact that their daughter's husband is missing, do they think that it all happened because of Virat? And is that the reason for those weird looks?

But amidst all this, they have no idea about Sai. So what makes them give those weird looks to her. Or is it just for Virat and since Sai is next to him, it seemed like it's for her too?

IMO, Pakhi’s parents were neutral towards Sai in the reception. They might come to think of her as a loud mouth girl, but apart from that I don’t think they had any other perception.

They asked Pakhi to move on as Virat looked happy with Sai.

But in today’s episode, when Sai took Pakhi’s name for the Rasam. Maybe that can be a reason for their glares. 🥱
Coming to the earlier story, when Pakhi was trying to contact Virat , Virat did not recognise her voice and she got all miserable . Later Virat did contact her but for Pakhi’s parents, their daughter had to go through all this pain ( which wasn’t a lot actually 🥱) because of Virat.
Now though they forced her to marry Samrat they can easily blame Virat for the mishap because ultimately he denied for his brother’s happiness.
What they fail to see is their own daughter’s obsessive nature. She got married to Virat’s brother thinking there is a scope of an EMA.
Plus just like Pakhi even they seem least concerned about Samrat 🤢

In some more: what's with the glares and the ignored namaste? For some reason, they behave nicely with Virat but seems to be angry with Sai Plus, they seem as weird as Pakhi is, they basically treat Samrat as some sort of damage control. So what if it's not Virat, Samrat se kaam chal jaeyga. Even yesterday they said something like Sairat are now married, and when Samrat returns, you'll form a perfect couple with him???Like hello, she is married to Samrat.

Plus, the trio are acting as if Virat is Pakhi's husband and Sai is scheming to trap him or something🤪

I think they do know that she's still stuck on to him but ya, may not be knowing about this side of hers

I was just trying to understand how these kind of people think I know it doesn't make sense but they are parents too, so I thought why not try to understand their problem.

That whole scene was confusing to me. Like we have earlier decided, Pakhi, whatever she is, is because of her parents. I guess even this trait of using Samrat as a damage control(image control), she inherited from them🤢

End of the day, it is difficult to make peace with everyone. Conflict of opinion will exist. But what matters is that who gets to have a say and who does not.

Pakhi's father should have been happy about Virat's wedding with Sai. Now that Virat is married, he should have taken it as a sign that his daughter needs to move on. Which is what any father will ask for. Had Virat been unmarried and in the same house with Pakhi, is when her dad should have felt uneasy.

Even if Pakhi tries to come into terms with reality, their parents will probably stay bitter over the fact that Virat chose Samrat over Pakhi, Sai over Pakhi and spoil her more.

Her dad is weird, word!

Like u said, Virat decided for others too and samrat had no say in it. But everyone else did, especially Pakhi's parents. So I am really trying to understand why the hell are they behaving towards him and especially Sai?! What's her fault amidst all this?
