True, fair point! 😆

Though what he did to Pree was mental abuse in the name of love.

Like in the epi today, there was no need of him taking away S from M when they were both sleeping. Pree could have slept in S's room with them if he was so concerned about S's safety. But no, he chose to take away S and even asked Pree to choose - literally aar ya paar. Same with when he even refused to entertain the thought of S spending time with M at the Srinivasans. His primary thought was M would take S away. More possessive than protective imo.

And agreed, M1 needs help which is why Pree took her to the doctor and she is on meds. But even the doctor suggested not to give M any sudden trauma which is exactly what happens when Ru mindlessly says stuff and tries to prove M is the outsider. A scenario like this needs very delicate handling, which is why I hope we see some maturity in Ru's character graph.

I agree with you in the sense that definitely a big part of Ru’s reaction stems from his default possessive and angry predisposition.

However, if Mahima was simply depressed and suicidal, I’d agree that he’s not being protective and he’s just defaulting to his immature tendencies.

But what does one do about this trance crap!?!? I would never let a kid sleep with her when she keeps putting herself in death’s way and then claims she has no idea how she got there. I wouldn’t even trust Pree to watch over her when Saraansh is there. She proved she can’t be trusted and she’ll even put herself in harm’s way to save her sister. Heck she even lied again!! Ru loves her but he’s well aware that she doesn’t come clean and now can he trust her there?

I actually don’t even like how he let Pree go to mahima. Like why are you even letting her spend the night there!? Call in one of the guards from outside- preferably one that’ll stay awake lol

Just gonna say...Today watch all last three episodes with big disappointment and serious faceplam.😕

As a viewer I want to see a positive outcome where discussion can lead to constructive criticism. But,here the execution of whole damn plot is half baked.

Tired of ranting so will copy and paste what I wrote in some other post few days back.

The whole M track is delusional to me.Sorry to say no matter how good both Abu and Sar are in their respective roles, even their scenes are not going to save the show with all M resurrection plot. What was the need to bring M back out of nowhere? They could have made so many other potential upcoming plots but no they pretty much shoved this crapfeast at us.They have ruined the beautiful siblings bond the girls share. This woman has to be M to be real and with evil intentions.Otherwise, they are coming up with another twist with another crapfeast to justify M's entry. This is worst than the keerti track.

But let's just give the creatives the benefit of doubts.smiley36

Let me be clear and loud on S's matter.Since,I mostly work with kids and they are super sensitive and extremely sympathetic plus emotional. They learn from what they see not what they are been told.

All three of these so called adults are wrong dealing with such sensitive and vulnerable issue. They are dealing with a 7 year old human kid not an object.Kids are very sensitive to deal with.Small small things does a war of emotions to them.In S's case he knows only one mother cuz since he was given life he saw Pree in that position. He practically breath her as his real mother. How the hell will a 7 year old will be ok if he gets to know all of a sudden all of this? What kind of parents are Ru and Pree to shove M to S like, the kid is going to be super fine just like that beats me.The way things got unfold infront of him was absolutely not the right way.Even, the way of Pree telling him the truth was not a right approach for the kid.The news shook him so bad and made him so vulnerable that he ran away. How awful it must be for him though?Judging by their current status, all 4 of them need professional help. They all need to sit down and talk it through including S too.Neither one has to sacrifice anything but be in that kid's life by sharing their duties.Simplest, they could have done or do talk it through with the kid.Make his fear and worry go away.Give him solace with trust that he can always count on them.Make him aware he has loving parents and family to hold on too.Kids needs and wants some sort of assurance always. As a parents, all you need is to truly shower him with that assurance with affection.

M needs professional help asap. And S shouldn't be alone with her in any cases. Some expert on mental health or a third person should be present with them.

Mother of God .....someone please ask the poor fellow what makes him happy. Not a single scene with S and R/M where they both are talking to him as a parents.Where is S feelings and importance in all this?He is very well aware of the situation.A seven year old is not a kid to play pingpong.

Creatives has no credibility to deal with child physcology or mental health, then why go this route is beyond me? There are so many other ways or at least take advice /credential help from a professional to show some realistic approach.

Btw!Ru is a complete different story.I wanna slap that hypocrite.🤔

Yep, agreed to your point about the trance thing, which is really dangerous for everyone involved. And if Ru had started this after the trance episode, it would have made sense that he really is concerned about S's safety. But he has been losing his sh*t ever since M came back and not willing to give an inch, even when he did not know how bad of a state M is in. Which is why I think most of his reaction stems from possessiveness, rather than just being protective.

In a lot of these cases, generally there is a trigger and for M, that trigger has been S. Every time S has been pulled away, her reaction gets worse. And for her to heal, the trigger needs to be addressed. Not by giving S to M completely, but neither by snatching him away. The answer probably lies somewhere in the middle. I guess both Ru and Pree are just discovering the extent of M's illness, and hence they are reacting in extremes here. But I would love it if the writers address this track maturely and show Ru-Pree solving this together like adults. But this being ITV, I have very low expectations - they will probably take the easy way out and simply turn Mahima into a negative character. 😆

At least, Mahima has an excuse - she is not mentally stable. What is Ru's? He deserved a tight slap for that. Like, what exactly is romantic about a mentally stable person copying a mentally unstable person trying to pull a life-threatening act, all in order to prove a point to a person he supposedly loves who he already knows is in a lot of stress?

Hey Love!🤗

OMG ...some one said it.

You are not the only one.Lately,I want to slap him too for his hypocrisy at insane level. What rubbish is he feeding? 🙄

I think Abrar was phenomenal in that scene even more than the confession and I hate you one.Abu and Sar are always beyond phenomenal.👏

Great post, Labs! 👏

Like you said, the execution so far has been awful for this track. No proper focus on any character - be it Pree, Ru, S, or M. This could have been such a great track - everyone is in conflicting positions here and instead of focusing on each of the characters' reactions and their thoughts, they are just rushing through everything, hell bent on showing a mixture of 'how to commit suicide 101', random family drama, lollipop RuSha scenes, smartass comments by Ahana/Yuvi, with a dash of 'Saransh ke liye' thrown in.

Generally, if there is even one suicide attempt that too by a family member, everyone goes crazy. But here, there have been so many but still the urgency is lacking in the characters. Everyone is back to normal, planning to attend a concert instead of discussing about Mahima's illness, taking her to the doctor, and addressing the big elephant in the room.

Hey! 🤗

@bold - so true, Abrargun are the only saving grace in this track so far. Both of them have been phenomenal, individually and together! 👏

The makers are probably relying too much on their chemistry and coming up with these half-baked tracks, but chemistry without a proper storyline can only take you so far.
