it means he's a small time gunda, Aly is a cheapster but a very mild one, he acts hard when he's all wax from inside there's nothing about him which screams tough guy even verbally he's useless, its just this season there's nobody worth their salt, if he tried this in previous he would have been chewed and spat out he'd literally be scared there. It's because this season is full of lightweights that he gains traction

Toh Aly bhi toh kitna kuch bolta hai gandi, ghatiya, thanedarni etc etc... Woh bhi bina poke kiya. He behaves like a gunda jabardasti kavita ke pichhe pada hai
