Salman is still in love with Aishwarya and even Aishwarya has moved on. So no bitterness.

Abhishek and Karishma are indifferent towards each other. So no bitterness.

Ranbir and Katrina seemed utterly irritated, disgusted and uncomfortable with each other during Jagga Jasoos promotions. So real bitterness.

Because HR and Bebo were supposed to work together in Shuddhi. When HR was replaced with Salman, Bebo quit the film coz she wanted to work specifically with Hrithik. Whatever bad blood was there they ended. Its given here:
