He probably has six pack gel inserts along with liposuction. Men get liposuction done on their chest to get rid of male boobs. They also get bum inserts too. Tiger seems to have got his body from a plastic surgeon. His body is too perfect. Body builders even have asymmetrical body.

For the amount of time and effort he puts into working out, I highly doubt he needs gel inserts for abs and if they were they'd be symmetrical which these are most definitely not. Symmetry/Asymmetry is down to genetics.
