KT doesn’t know he has a son?

So the boy KeerTi met today seems like KT’s son AT aka Arjun Tibrewal. Isn’t it weird that KT doesn’t know he has a son? Did his ex-wife take their son with her and never let KT be in contact with his son?? Or KT doesn’t even know he has a kid? 🤔

And now she wants to come back and marry KT??

IIRC the family or KT did mention that his wife had left with the kids so he knows he has kids/son but saw them/him last when he was a year or two old. He wouldn't recognize his child.
