Yes pumpkin and sunflower seeds are good sources of omega 3.

And all daals. We make different daals for the week. Mostly 3-4 times a week. N one day is for khichdi with 3 different dals and vegetables.

N mostly in Gujarat the state I am from 60% people are vegetarians
