I'm not saying that. He can nominate her but his reason was not solid and that's what I think. He's still stuck with 1% dil ka saaf thing and ranting about the same thing. He could have said that he doesn't like her, they don't have any bond to share etc hence nominating her. You may disagree or agree with this.
