I know people do prioritise outer beauty but are they really this obsessed with it like male lead in this show?

I saw promo where he injures her with marble heart 🤢

He is crossing limits to gain for , for her ‘beauty’? 😕😒

Looks like a sociopath, aise log hote hai Kya?🤔

I have not seen someone exactly like this but definitely psychopaths similar to him exist

Yes they exist. I am happy that they are showing the ML this way to showcase the worst part of society also.
