Govinda is far ahead better actor than anyone. He even stole the show in Chotein miyan Bade Miyan from Amitabh.

Ranveer is a better actor than govinda, govinda did the same kind of movies again and again, he is known as a comedy masala actor, ranveer has shown more range and isn't confined to one genre

How can you compare Govind with Ranveer. It's everyone comparing to some one older to new ones. The Govind period is different he is versatile with good acting, voice module,dancer is easy in both comedy and serious roles... Ranveer may be good in this generation compare him with Ranbir and others but ranveer surly sucks in comedy and dance..

Govinda didn't do just comedy. He was accepted by audience only in comedy. He did serious roles and movies as well, but audience only liked to watch him doing comedies, and only his comedy movies became Hits. Due to this only his comedy movies are popular among today's audience.

But he was good in doing serious as well.

Ranveer is again throwing tantrum that he needs to win the poll, otherwise he'll not take a bath.

be it emotion, comedy, drama, expression or dancing i think hes 10% better than amitabh bachchan too

Problem with govinda is hes lazy

Or this ranveer/ranbir are not even 25% of his acting ability

I say this although i am born after govindas prime was over

But i have watched his many movies on TV/DVD

Only his action was a bit unbelieavble given his physical looks but rest all he does better than even AB

Watch bade miyan and chote miya movie to know why i say that

I have watched all famous AB movies too so can compare

If Govinda is better than Amitabh Bachchan, then are you saying he is the best Bollywood actor ever? If not, then who is the best ever according to you?

For me, Amitabh Bachchan is the best Bollywood actor ever followed by Shahid Kapoor.

Govinda definitely. He excels in comedy and dance and is good at expressions. He lacks expertise in serious roles or melodrama.

Ranveer is still long way to go, he isn't brilliant at one thing, he is for only good in serious or dramatic roles

He is okay at dance. Romance is okay too. But not having a niche area as yet

Both have different strengths but Amitabh went to become a super star which Govinda couldn't.

Amitabh is very good in serious roles, angry man and fights better than Govinda. His baritone voice is his strength.

Govinda is brilliant in comedy, dance and emotional roles. He had great success but couldnt become a super star.

Both are fine in romance.

But believability of a character is more in Amitabh than any other actor till date. Somehow he is able to carry off the most ridiculous dialogues with ease.
